my guy is eating good today. much of my diet is changed now but boy let me tell you
I would have slammed like 3 burgers and 2 hotdogs, especially grilled, back in the
day. throw in some grilled corn on a cob with butter, and chicken meat skewers like Link's
cooking, forget about it!

Dude it was one of the biggest things long ago! I mean when I joined in 2007 - around when Brawl was getting a TON of coverage - it was massive!
I had already joined because at that time I was moving from one location to another and a buddy of mine wanted to keep in touch. She's since quit Gaia, but hey it helps a lot with long distance communication!
There were a LOT of Smash folks when I joined and it was great! Minus that jackass Pit with the laurels. Either you or someone else I spoke to said "yeah I remember they weren't very nice" so at least I ain't the only one that recalls them.

You never know tho! I mean while there aren't that many that log on- like maybe 3k at least that I see from time to time on the home page - it could bring back people.
Especially if they update some things on the site - like some of the games, chat spaces, ect. That would be the first step for sure to get folks to lurk around again I think!

Hey at least it's something! I think it's been better since the Goldmort days for sure!

I mean there was a Gaia panel at my local con years ago. Memory is foggy but that was 2014-2015 at least. Not sponsored by actual Gaia mind you but just like a discussion back then.

I know at the 2011 con they did have little Gaia pamphlets that gave you codes for gold and ZOMG stuff, too, but that's a thing of the past mind you.

I would say if you are able to, it's pretty fun! And hey you don't even need to have a ton of money to cosplay either!
Take it from me, as I've used just my Kamui wig for things. Or in the past when I cosplayed my Tails gijinka, I just did a DIY jacket!

It's always cool to meet friends and partners via Gaia or fandom related things for sure! >u<
It's great to see that some peeps that have been around since I joined in '07 are still around tho~

Hecc yeah~ heart We met from our local convention and really just hit it off~
Funny irony is that we met in 2017 when Ravs was cosplaying Jakob from FE Fates then Ravio. And I didn't know it was him until he told me later xDD
I was like "...no heccing way" xD It's funny how it works out like that! It's just funny how you meet people and don't realize it lol!
I have a Corrin/Kamui wig that I would love to use if we find a con in the area that takes place when it's not so hot out mind you O ~ O;; Hecc no...

Cosplaying irl can be a lotta fun, too!

Thank you! emotion_kirakira Kamui and I have been geeking out over the new game and it's been a blast so far! I've been made very aware that Ravio's hood is in the game.
It's nice that they brought back the DLC unlocks as well as the amiibo gear that can be found in game! The map is MASSIVE! Tons of fun to explore everything when you're not getting one shot lol!

Mister Hero, if you find my stuff, please return it to me. gaia_bunny I want my hood back!
