Guten Tag. I am Roderich Edelstein, the personification of zhe country of Austria.
I am an optimistic und elegant-looking young man vho has interest in zhe arts, specifically in zhe piano. I am mostly known fur taking control of Italy after zhe Italian Vars und having Italy serve yet being somevhat of a fazher figure to him. My relationship vith Germany is seen as love–hate since ve merged und became allies during Vorld Var II but my presence annoyed Germany greatly. I am also known fur being an enemy to Prussia vhom I lost Silesia to during the Var of zhe Austrian Succession; since zhen Prussia has mocked und humiliated me even fur having a female leader. Zhe most notable relationship zhat I have is vith Hungary, my ex-vife (our marriage date is exact to zhe Austro-Hungarian Compromise und zhe creation of Austria-Hungary). Despite our divorce, Hungary and I remain extremely close und she has alvays protected me from enemies (notably France und Prussia). I vas vonce united vith Svitzerland but ve broke apart and ve deny our friendship. I do not vear glasses due to bad eyesight but razher for a better appearance; zhe curly strand in my hair represents Mariazell.
