Those Boldurs are found in Durem Reclamation Facility (out of the three lakes, it is the most difficult to fish). If you want to fish for them yourself, I say try the other two lakes in order of Bass'ken -> Gambino -> Durem in the difficulty level. Practice each lake before moving there to Durem. Otherwise, you can opt to purchase them in MP/Exchange (it can be costly, but it would help your goal go quicker).

Hi there august! For an Emeraldback Lion Mask, you'll need 10 x Emeraldback Lion Fish (which means, 10,000 Stone Boldurs total. It takes 1K of that particular large fish to equal a single rare)
