Well since I'm just sitting here now, I figured I would describe in mild detail the content of my day so far. Today was almost identical to yesterday and everyday before it for the past two weeks minus the crying.
I woke up around 7 o clock, and I got up and watched my nephews for about an hour or so. Ilene, my step mom, said she had to go out somewhere and I didn't even bother to ask were, she never asks for help so I am always more than willing to help her with them. Abrianna was so delighted to see me thankfully, she is finally started to warm up to me.
When Ilene got home, I sat down and had myself some breakfast, which was some spicy Romen, which I am starting to regret having considering how badly its screwed with my stomach ever since this morning, my doctor told me before I flew over to Arizona I needed to be VERY careful of my ulsar, and I understand I don't want it to open up again. I'm lucky really to have allowed it time to heal, everything lately has put it through alot of stress...
SO after that I went over to Janet's house and helped her pick up her backyard and we talked about the story that I am currently taking a hiatus from writing. She complimented me for the help in much the same manor as she did the other day, said a girl would be lucky for a guy like me(I seriously doubt so now...). I'm not sure if I'm suppose to take it as flirting, but thats one thing I'm here to work on is being more open, so I let her.
After that I took the Santa Fe up to Carr canyon for the BILLIONTH time now, parked up on the road and picked out the rocks from the same hill to haul home. I drove to the top of the road were all the camping grounds are normally open, and tried to climb that 40 foot dihedral, I scraped myself up again when I fell. I'm pretty sure by now I need better more specialized shoes for the job, next time I may get further up than 20 feet, and than Ill be screwed. So I decided for now I'm gonna put off rock climbing until I got rock climbing shoes, but I'll have plenty of pictures to show for it when I do get the shoes.^^
So than I came back down the dirt road out of Carr canyon and I drove back home, I moved the Van out of the way and backed the Santa Fe up into the driveway, and spent about 20 minutes unloading the rocks into the ditch next to the house, I'm finally almost done. It takes about 5 times as long just to load them up, so you can imagine I was up on the mountain for about an hour gathering rocks.
After that I remembered that my fathers friend Adrian needs the Santa Fe tomorrow because she has to go to court in order to get her car back, so baring that in mind I figured it was about time I got round to cleaning it up. I drove down 92nd and found the car wash out there and cleaned it. DAMN THING! It wouldn't dispense the water for nearly a minute, so I was standing there with the wand in hand, kicking the wall as I watched my quarters go away. After that, I realized it wasn't that big a deal, a wouldn't use those quarters normally(Note to self, start pinching pennies, thats what she likes). After that I drove straight on base, they have half the road blocked off because they are constructing a new section to the ID checking area.
I went to the pool and swam for about an hour, though not before driving down to the car pool and checking out a couple of the bikes. Theres a red Yamaha over there with twin injects, I was so pissed when I saw the price tag had been ripped off in the wind. So after that I drove to the pool, and I subjected myself to countless laps back and forth. Thankfully I wasn't nearly as out of breath as I was yesterday, so I didn't feel nearly as humiliated as I did before, but that was only because yesterday I was burning through cigarettes in minutes just trying to distract myself.
And now here I am at 3 o clock in the afternoon, I'm gonna go down to the college, hopefully they will have looked over my Transcript finally considering Red Rocks said they sent it on thursday. I still need to ask them about financial aid>< And classes start in 4 days, I've been pretty busy during the hours they been open so every time I go down there, I arrive just a hour till the office closes.
The Charles Daniels group is doing a concert on base, and its FREE. I can't remember the last time I went to a concert, but I haven't convinced anyone to go with me, so I didn't go last night or the night before. I think I'm gonna do it tonight, its the last night and maybe I can find something their to distract me further, just a thought. Either way, I just remembered to get over to the school, so cutting this short.^^
