Ok, maybe not a TOTAL miracle, but still nontheless a welcome thing. I woke up at 5 am with only 4 hours of sleep. My mom was sick, and someone had to work for her. Well, I got volunteered! Actually, it got me out of school, but sitll... I got to work from 6 am- noon at the nursing home. My mother, coincidentally, got stuck with my nanny kids! Luckily, my two brothers were also home sick, so they got to help out with the kids... I know what you're thinking...my kids are gonna get sick too! Oh, well, they'll live through it.
So, work went okay, considering we were working short because another person called in sick, but it still went okay. And then tonight, I'm working at the mall!
The miracle in all of this??? I was alert and awake! Last time I had only 4 hours of sleep, I was up for two hours before I passed out from exhaustion... so, for me, this was a miracle. The great part is that I'm still alert and awake... so I should be good to go for Orchestra, and the after that, work. Looks like it's still gonna be a good day.!
