How old are you? Late twenties, early thirties.


What is your gender? Male


Where do you come from? I've been in Arkon my whole life; pretty much stayed in the slummier areas though.


What is your sexual orientation? Straight.


Do you have a job?  If so, what is it? I'm currently employed by the king and queen to teach their daughter self-defense. Not that she much appreciates it. At least her parents do, and they are who pay me.


What do you like to do in your spare time? I enjoy training my body and pushing my limits. It is difficult for me to find spare time, so I greatly appreciate the few moments I manage to secure from Father Time's stern grip.


What is your family like? My mother has, in the twilight of her life, gone senile, and is taken care of by a merchant just next door. My sister has married and my father has passed on, and I am occupied elsewhere in the country, therefore I am very grateful that he is kind enough to assist my mother.


Do you have any regrets?


How would you describe your own sense of morality and how it affects your actions?


Have your views changed in the past decade?  What about the past year?


What do you do when you are upset? I do not keep my anger in check very well. I have an explosive temper and I am unashamed to admit to it. When upset, I raise my voice and --ahem-- possibly I throw things. Like chairs.


What was the worst physical injury you've ever sustained? Ah, it is a difficult task to choose which injury has been my worst. I am, by profession, a walking target.


Who is/are your best friend(s)? I do not have many any friends. My sister and I were very close during our childhood, but as we grew, we grew apart.


Are you happy with who you are? I will not answer such a self-centered question as this one.


What are your plans for the future? I don't plan much in advanced.


Is there anything in the near future that you aren't looking forward to? I am fairly certain there will be a war at some point. I do not care for war.


Do you value your privacy, or are you more open? Privacy is every man's natural right, I believe.


Are you fond of animals/pets? I adore animals. It's a shame that I have neither the space nor the funds to support a pet.


Do you care much about your appearance? Ah, if my mother had her wits about her still, she would fuss over my unkempt hair and scruffy stubble; nowadays, since I deal with royalty on a near daily basis, I make sure to take some care in my appearance.


What were you like as a child? I was extremely close to my sister -- we were practically inseparable -- but while she was the devilish of us, I would be blamed for her mischief. For that reason, depending on who you ask, you'd receive differing opinions on myself. I say that I was a tad unruly, as every child is, but not nearly to the extent I was made out to have been.


What are you the most afraid of? Why? All religions terrify me. How can something as simple as faith cause so much hate and antipathy? Why preach tolerance and love for all men if you will not follow your own religion?


What motivates you towards your overarching goal? My pride. I will not back down easily once I've started on a task, obstacles be damned.


What else would you like to say about yourself, if anything? I am a prideful, stubborn fool who speaks not with his words but with his fists -- and yet I stand in the halls of the king and queen's estate. I find it hard to think I have made a mistake in taking up this job.
