Alignment: Lawful Evil
Affiliation: The Cleanse; Group Leader
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Likes: Technology, playing or listening to violin music, relaxing with a beer after a long day, and inventing.
Dislikes: Supers, obviously. Arrogance, sanctimonious sycophants, those led by avaricious desire; in other words, anyone he views as wrong. When someone plays music out of tune, or whistles out of tune, or sings out tune, it really grates on his nerves.
Positive Personality Traits: He's surprisingly charismatic, with an effervescent affect that fits ill on the face of a mass murderer. When he does take a liking to someone, he'll do his best to take care of them, whether directly or indirectly.
Negative Personality Traits: For someone who hates arrogance and braggarts, he's pretty cocky himself. He views things in a childish, insufficient way: either things are right and good, acceptable, or they're wrong and bad, unacceptable; abiding strictly by this rudimentary morality, he has rationalized his genocidal mission. Other than the fact he's most certainly psychotic, these seem to be his only flaws.

DETAILS:
Backstory: We all know how Mike's father died. Can you say nightmare fuel? His father was sucked into a jet engine feet first, by the so-called heroes. Whatever happened to that righteous fury that normals directed at the Metahumans? Where'd that fight go? No one should have to lose their parents to Super-squabbling. Is that such a ridiculous, nay, insane goal? All he wants is to secure the future. He's certainly gotten enough supporters who agree with him.
Thus far, he's pretty satisfied with his work, but it's no where near enough. There are still dissidents, there are still threats; he won't rest until he's accomplished what he set out to do -- and maybe sneak in a little revenge against the Parr family on the side.
Misc: Let's face it, he can't be as melodramatic as his father was because that proved to be Syndrome's downfall. He's meticulous in his planning and careful in his relations with the Supers on his side. He has no intention of losing and he'll go to extreme lengths to see his ambition acheived.
