He just smiled at me. It was the same smile that just knocked me off my feet. I turned my head from his gaze and faced Mr. Smith.
"Well, then Angel, it's very nice to meet you." He gave him a smile and then turned to me. "I'm going to have to tell your father the progress you've made here."
I gave him a pleeding look. My father was so nosy. He wanted to know everything in my personal life every since the day I left. He even put some of his butlers on the corners of where I lived to spy on me.
"Do you really have to? I mean I just got rid of the butlers on the corners of every block."
He thought about it for a moment. "Just this once." He smiled in the direction of Angel. "He has brought in a few more customers in the past half an hour so I'll make an acception."
I jumped up and hugged him. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"
"Not at all. I'm just doing it this once." He unrapped my arms from his back. "No exceptions next time."
I sat back down and he left to tend these girls who just walked in.
I looked over to Angel. He was still staring at me. "What?"
"Thank you."
"For what?" I said.
"The name. I love it." His eyes twinkled.
I blushed and focused on my food. "Please eat before the food gets cold." I stuck the fork in the pasta and twirled it.
"What food?"
I looked over to his plate. I was looking for a full plate of Angel Hair but all I saw was scraps of what ever was on it before.
My jaw dropped. He was just looking at it a minute ago. Where did it all go? He couldn't have eaten it. But, then again he can stop time so maybe he did and ate it in that period of time. I thought I should just go ahead and leave it as is.
I sighed and went back to my food.

After I finished my food, Mr. Smith showed up with a giant bowl of his famous sundae.
"You two should have dessert."
"Thats too generous of you."
He placed it on the table and took our other plates away. "I had a few extra so I wanted to thank you for the business you're bringing in here."
I hadn't noticed the enormus amount of girls crowded in this place. I'm dead once I walk out of this place by myself.
"Thank you for your kindness." Angels voice sung through mine. I looked like a seed next to a brilliant blossomed sunflower. I'm never going to become that flower.
I sighed and poked at the sundae. Smith left and Angel looked at me with weary eyes.
"Is there something wrong?"
I shook my head and excused myself from the booth to go to the restroom.
I could feel his eyes on my back the entire time until I finally closed the door to the bathroom. I just stared at myself in one of the mirrors.
I'm not in the mood to be here. I yawned. I should just go ask Angel if we can go home. I'm still tired and I'm up to my head in a whole bunch of homework.
I washed my face with water and soap then dried my face.
A few girls walked into the bathroom chattering about some sort of rock band and I left before they got too annoying. When I got out of the bathroom, there was a commotion going on around my table. All these girls were surrounding Angel and his brilliance. He just sat there smiling at each and everyone of them. They laughed and just chatted with him. A few of the older girls were touching his hair and playing with some of the chains that were around his neck. They talked to him asking him questions about life and other things that didn't really matter.
I've had enough!!!

I ran to the back door and around front to my bike. I started it up and drove away. I didn't care if he ever came back. That two-timing freak!!!
Tears rolled down my face and into the helmet. He left me! Wait, what am I thinking? I never wanted to fall in love with that freak in the first place! But i did...
I drove in a giant circle and finally stopped at an ally. He would never find me here. I would change my name and just lock myself at my parent's house. I'll just suffer for the rest of my life. Or I'll just commit suicide.
I ran into a corner and sobbed into my knees.
