Chapter 6 redone
Chapter 6

Justin was now holding Charlie's hand while they walked down the empty streets. His original plan was to take her to a dance club, but she seemed like the shy type and he wanted to show her something that meant more to him that she might like. She was an artist from what her thoughts told him and she had a great eye for many things. Colors. Shapes. The way things work. She seemed so in tune with everything around her and fit in more than any woman he's ever seen. Her outfits consisted of many colors most of the time judging from what he saw in her closet and she was just so beautiful.
He gave her hand a slight squeeze before looking at her luminescent face which was looking strait ahead of them. Before he could stop himself he found himself holding her tight against his body. She felt so good against him. Soft. Small. Warm. He nuzzled the side of her neck where her hair rested, taking in her scent until he was sure he cold get drunk from it. She smelled like strawberries and, surprisingly, chocolate. Most women he had been around smelled like sex and alcohol, with the exception of Kat. She smelled like blood and sex. Bending down, he looked into Charlie's eyes and gave her a soft smile before kissing her forehead, “What do you feel about old places that have never been seen by humans?”
Charlie shrugged, “It depends. Is is scary or haunted?” She could see the amusement on his face when she said that and smiled, “Well you never know.” She laughed softly.
“Oh now you're making fun of me now, huh?” Justin bent down and pulled her over his shoulder, carrying her down the street while she laughed and pounded playfully against his back. She could be fun when she wanted to be and he loved being with her. He paused and set her back down, smiling down at her and looking in her glowing eyes, “You're so beautiful, Charlie.”
She felt her face heat up as she blushed from his words. Sure, she had heard the words many of times over and over again, but none have actually looked into her eyes and said them. They would always talk to her breasts or her a** and it really pissed her off, but he looked into her eyes and said those words. There was something about this man she hadn't seen in any that she had dated in the past. He was different, and it wasn't that he was a vampire and the rest were humans. It was something different. He was patient, quiet, totally handsome, and he didn't really look at her in a wrong way. He kept his eyes on hers most of the time and he was fun to be with.
Drawing her attention back to Justin instead of her thoughts, she put her hand back in his and looked up into his eyes smiling, “Thank you, Justin.” She loved the feel of his strong hands wrapped around her small ones and the way he would smile at her whenever she did something completely idiotic or cute.
Justin laced his fingers between hers and just smiled down at her. She was more beautiful than any woman he has ever met, and something about her was just so pure. Familiar. Not Elisia familiar though. In a way, she kind of reminded him a little of Gabriel, his father who he hates more than anything. Or rather it reminded him of the story of how his mother fell in love with his father. Gabriel wasn't always evil like he is now. He was a rather good guy when he met his mother and fell in love with her as a man and a woman. Only after his mother was killed did Gabriel become like he was. He shook his head. She was nothing like that man.
He watched her smile as they began walking, but he never took his eyes off of her. There was something different about her blood that confused him a lot. She smelled like Elisia, but she had something different in her blood, something that wasn't human. That was probably why he hasn't tried to take a bite out of her just yet. Plus he doesn't know if he could ever bite her seeing that he's falling for her fast. He had never planned to develop feelings for another human, but then again, she may not be all that human like everyone saw. She was something far greater.
Charlie looked up at her companion and smiled that smile that made him want to go crazy. It was innocent and pure, something he could never imagine being or falling in love with. Yet here he was holding her hand, kissing her, walking with her...and it felt natural to him, like he doesn't have to pretend when he's with her. Even though she just met him, she really understands him and doesn't judge him for his character and how he portrays himself. She's digging deeper to find that heart somewhere in his body, to find out what he's all about instead of trying to figure him out like most women. Most of her thoughts were pure. She didn't care what he was as long as he was nice and patient with her. And he never did anything too mean to upset her. How could he?
She cocked her head and continued to stare back at the man with a bit of curiosity. How could a vampire be so sweet and sensitive and not want something in return? Most men wanted to get down her pants and use her as a trophy to show off to all of his jealous friends. But Justin...he wanted nothing from her. He just wanted to get to know her because he has to spend his time to protect her from the rest of his kind for as long as he possibly can. He never did anything irrational and something about him was just comforting, familiar. How can someone you just met earlier that day seem so familiar to you? She felt as though she's known him forever.
To break the silence, she asked him a question, “Exactly where did you say we were going again?” She almost gasped when he smiled softly at her. The way the moonlight darkened the features around his face was truly breathtaking and now she understood how a human could be so drawn to a mere stranger. A vampire. He brought the back of her hand to her lips and nibbled softly on her knuckles, gliding his fangs softly across them. He wanted to taste her so bad that his whole body ached to her, but he knew he couldn't. Vampires weren't allowed to fall in love with humans, especially the ones they were sent out to protect. Though, they were usually sent to protect those of the same sex instead of the opposite. Marley sent him here to look after and protect her from Gabriel, so he knew damn well what the chances of love were.
He forced himself to draw his attention back to her, “I'm taking you to a hidden church that was made by my people centuries ago as a safe haven for all vampires and other creatures. It has long been forgotten and no one knows much about it anymore, except those who helped create it.” Justin could see just how interested she was in what he had to say by how her lips were slightly opened and her head was cocked to the side. He wanted to hold her to him again, but controlled his actions and stood put just watching her.
“I didn't know you were religious, vampire man?” Charlie watched him smile at her and felt her face flush pink again, knowing she would like to go to an old building that a human has never stepped foot in ever. She could tell that Justin was trying hard to share his life with her and things that were important to him so she could get to know him. For that, she respected and appreciated him more.
Laughing, Justin pulled her to him, “Just hold on to me and close your eyes.” He watched her close her eyes and closed his also, pulling his powers together to transport them to the inside of the church he helped build. It was dark and as soon as he opened his eyes, the candles on the walls busted into flames and lit the room up, “You can open your eyes now.”
She opened her eyes slowly and looked around the small church in wonder on her face. It looked more like a gathering place then it did a church with stone tables and velvet drapes with weird symbols on them. She gasped softly at the statues that were near the exit. The detail in the mythical creatures was simply breathtaking. They where carvings out of the walls of ware wolves, fairies, dragons, and everything else she could think of, “Wow.”
“You like them?” Justin smiled as he watched her study the stone built church closely, wondering how a woman could be so gentle when touching such delicate art. He watched her fingertips slide over the carvings on the walls with such wonder that she looked like a little kid opening a birthday present. She was so beautiful to him.
“They're absolutely amazing, Justin. I've never seen art this detailed in my life. If I didn't know they were stone, I'd think they were actual living beings.” Smiling, she turned to him, “Thank you for showing me this place. It's so beautiful and ancient.”
He pulled her to him and placed his hand softly on her cheek, “None of these things are nearly ad beautiful as you are.” He loved the light blush that crossed her cheeks whenever he complimented her and smiled down at her. His eyes fell to her perfect pink lips that have reminded him of Elisia ever since he laid eyes on her. They were so full and pink and all he could think about was kissing her crazy. Many nights, he had kissed those lips while making love to her. He shook his head. No. Not her. Elisia. He had made love to Elisia, not Charlie.
Charlie placed her hand softly on top of his and stood on her toes pressing her lips to his, kissing him softly. She loved the way his lips felt against hers and kissed him more deeply. God she would just devour this man if she could. Pulling back she smiled up at him, “Thank you.”
“You're welcome.” He smiled back down at her and kissed her gently again.

Kat slammed her fist against the table as she watched Justin through her mirror, grinding her teeth together. He was meant to be hers and now he was out gallivanting around like it's no big deal that he's with a human woman. He was supposed to be in his cell waiting for her visit, but no. He's out messing around with a stupid blonde that can't offer him more than she can. She wanted to wrap her fingers around that stupid brat and strangle her until she was lifeless. She was going to pay with her life.

Justin transported Charlie and himself to Charlie's apartment where Liam and Marnian were arguing about the cat food bowl. He just watched the two and laughed softly when Charlie started laughing over the silly argument. Feeling her pull away, he watched her walk into the bathroom and shut the door, then heard the shower turning on. He walked over to her bed in front of the the bathroom door and listened to the shower, imagining Charlie standing naked under the hot water. He could feel his c**k grow hard at the thought of her standing naked in front of him and lie down on his stomach still listening.
Liam jumped up beside his head and stared at him, “Stop trying to hide your hardons, Justin. You know where that got you last time.” He stifled back a laugh as Justin shot him a death glare, “Yeah, Marley told me about your little incident in you cell.”
Justin hit Liam with a pillow and closed his eyes, “Shut up. I just want to imagine me and Charlie right now and you're ruining my concentration and thoughts.”
“Ha! You know that's only going to make it worse.”
“Yeah, yeah. I know, but it satisfies my thoughts and fantasies until I can actually have it for myself.” He kept imagining Charlie naked under him as he thrusts wildly into her, making her moan with absolute pleasure. As he was starting to get into it, he heard the bathroom door open and saw her standing there with just a towel wrapped around her small body. His c**k jerked at the sight and he buried his face into one of her pillows so she couldn't see the hungriness in his eyes.
Charlie smiled softly, “Are you tired, Justin?”
He nodded his head knowing that if he spoke, she would hear how hoarse his voice is and know that he was really hard for her.
She walked to the side of the bed he was laying on and pulled the blankets over him, then headed to her closet, letting the towel fall. She pulled a white tank top on, a pair of cotton panties, and a pair of sweat pants before she turned back around and looked at Justin laying in her bed. He looked so manly laying there by himself; his hair falling to one side and his muscles tense. Crawling into bed next to him and turning off the lamp by her bed she whispered softly, “How long has it been since you were with a woman?”
He was quiet for a while before he answered, “A while. How long has it been since you were with a man?”
She chuckled, “It's been five years. My last one taught me all the bad things about being in a relationship and showed me that most men are the same and could care less about my feelings because I'm some kind of weirdo to them. I gave up on love a long time ago.”
Justin turned his head and looked into her pale green eyes, “I think you're the most beautiful woman I have ever laid eyes on and if you need me to kick someone's a**, I will.” He watched her laugh softly and smiled. He loved making her laugh and smile, “Good night, Love.”
“Good night.” Charlie rolled over still smiling. She could tell something good was going yo happen for the two of them and couldn't wait to get to know him more. Right as she was about to close her eyes, there was a loud bang at the door...
