Well, Ryan is no longer a teenager. And he's celebrating this by playing "Girlfriend" by Avril Lavign just loud enough to aggrivate everyone in the house. Over and over.
So I know I haven't done a journal entry in forever, but I thought I'd get away with it what with the new story and the new beta and the whitewater rafting expedition to Tennessee-slash-Georgia-slash-North Carolina.
But of course I didn't. Thanks for busting me, you-know-who-you-are. Anyway right not I'm listening to "You're gonna go far, Kid" by the Offspring. Great song. Not morally, but in pretty much every other way.
So I'm working on the latest chapter of IWTBM, which, if you haven't been keeping up, is Leaf 6. It should be up pretty freakin' soon, like, "at-the-end-of-this-journal-entry-soon"
It's an important chapter, too. And I mean important. This is the chapter where an element of the story is introduced, and it's pretty much the biggest or second biggest element of the entire story. So read it!
Yeah. Well that didn't give anything away. So moving on, I've currently favored "Much Better", by JD Allen. He's pretty much my favorite author on FP, but I don't put him on my favorite author's list.
It's very complicated, don't ask.
Anyhow, today I gave Ryan his present in the youth room. For those of you who don't know, I'm kinda like the DJ there or something, because I always sit at the computer and choose which songs play throughout the room.
So my present was that I found a certain song I'd asked Kevin to put on his laptop a few days before and I played it pretty damn loud.
Ryan's favorite song; "Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey. I don't even care who I get married to, all I know is that Journey will be playing at my wedding at all costs.
So yeah, Happy birthday bro. Hope the big two-oh won't make you feel too old. Hmmm... well I know I haven't done one for awhile, but I'm cutting this one short since I gotta write. See yas!
