-The Life-
Just a journal I'm keeping for the sake of sanity...
The True Movie Theater Experience.
Today, I'm finally unwinding. My mother's home, Dendo is updated, I'm taking abreak from painting my room... peace. ^^ I'm glad I went to oneighty last night... on the way there, I finally got to have a serious talk with Danny and clear a bunch of stuff up. And also, I finally researched a song I kept hearing at oneighty that I really liked.
For te longest time, I could've sworn the song was by flyleaf if only because she has an amazing and unique voice, but it turns out the song is by Firflight. It's called unbreakable, and yes, it's now on my playlist. A little above the middle, where most of my new songs go.
Anyway, it's a really cool song. In other news, now that mom and ryan have returned, all of the treacherous experimental cooking has ceased. xd Yosh! I'm going off with ryan the first week of august to Tennessee ^^ well, him and about twenty other people form our youth group. Unfortunately, Matt's not going on this one (don't take that sentence the wrong way, he's just my friend so I'm dissapointed.)
But pretty much everyone else is! ^^ I look forward to traveling out of state with all my youth friends, including Nai XD It's been so long since I've been out of Florida with them... I guess the last time was waaaaaayyy back when we had Carl for a youth pastor, and we went on a ski trip.
But back then it was mainly the original youth group, "graceland", which consisted of fifteen or so people. Matt, Skylar, Zach, Richie, Me and my brothers, Aaron, Jojo, Lindsey (back when there weren't "Lindseys", just "Lindsey" wink Lindey's sister and a few other people whose names I never really learned.
Oh yeah, Cole was there too. Cole was one of my childhood friends from elementary school. Everyday I always wore this red hat and none of the teachers busted me because most of them didn't really care. But during PE, cole would pretty much ALWAYS steal my hat at least once while we were playing "Capture the flags".
He was an interesting boy, but I just hit him a lot.
Anyway, it's now true that, in a few weeks, we will all be back in school. Geez time flies, huh? I can't believe most of my friends and I are going to be in high school! Whatta scary thought.... Actually, scarier still is the fact that Skylar is going to be a senior. Skylar, and my little-big brother, Danny. (A tern used by kids who have two older brothers).
And you know whatlle happen after they're done with highschool, in just a short year? That's right-- they'll be in college. And then they'll live by themselves and work and... God, it's all too frightening to think about.
Mrrrfff... Let's seeee... ah, I wanna see "The Dark Night" and the new X-Files movie, "I want to believe". XD I wanna see 'em so bad! But, alas... movies are much too expensive nowadays and I probably can't see another one in theaters for a while. But when you rent it and watch it at home, it's just not the same experience, y'know?
Yeah, i'm particular like that. Anyway moving on, I'm currenlt working on chapter 11 of Dendolinium. Which is simply amazing, because it is a two-digit number. When my chapters finally get into two digits, I start to feel like the sorty is really truly going somwhere. And the "somewhere" this one's going seems to be really exciting! ^^
See, when you're the type of author I am, you don't really write the stories. I mean, of course you have to think everything out an physically write it down, but when outragous plot twist happen, I'm sitting at my computer gasping "I can't believe she would do that!" just like everyone else sweatdrop But being this type of author is fun becuase you get really attached to all your characters. Even if they're evil, you can't help but like them sicne you made them... hey, maybe that's just like God. And that's why he likes all of us despite our flaws ^^
Like in "Ice In Oviedo", I had a character named "Drew" that most people I talked to didn't like. But I couldn't help but like him! XD
Anyhow i probably should get going soon since I need to make lunch... But it matters not! I still wanna say stuff =w=
Even tho' Kevin Grills doesn't read my gaia journal (geez, I hope not) I just wanted to point out to him that THE STUPID CLIP OF THE WEEK HASN'T CHANGED FOR TWO MONTHS!!!! Sorry, just wanted to get that out there.
Yeah, it's still just that video of a rubix cube fixing itself to "Such Great Heights" by the Postal Service.
For some reason, I think my favorite clip was the senior prank one where they stopped traffic and just walked in a line over and over and over again to "I'm gonna Be" by The Proclaimers. sweatdrop Yeah, it's my favorite. Even though there are funnier ones =w=
Yes, so now I gotta go make that prophesized lunch i was talkin' about. ^^ See ya my buddies!
