Welcome to the GPA!!
Welcome to the Gaian Pokemon Academy (or GPA for short). Here at this guild, we'll help you grow from a greenhorn trainer into a master of all things Pokemon. We're here to offer help from everything to breeding and raising, to movesets and team selections. It is also a place for us diehard fans to discuss all things Pokemon, from the games to anime, from the manga to the card game. I'm even more than happy to discuss smash strategies for SSB Melee!
Some of you may be wondering why the entry fee was 100g. The answer to that is that the entry fees go into the guild accounts, which will be accessable in the future. This gold is used for contests and any other expenses the guild may incur. My solution to that is to let the members (YOU!) know that adding a poll to your topic will be encouraged, so don't be afraid to do so. Also, you'll pretty much get your gold back ASAP, as long as you do/make the polls! icon_rofl.gif Donations to the guild are also appreciated, but by no means necessary! You help support the guild by posting and suggesting ideas, and that's good enough for me!
Furthermore, if you have any questions, ideas or comments, you should PM it to either me or one of the moderators.

Gaian Pokémon Academy Rules
The rules for conduct within the GPA are as follows, so please make sure you read the rules and follow them. They will be updated periodically, so please check often! 1. Obviously, follow Gaia's TOS. Everything must be PG13 or else! I worked hard at getting this guild up, and I'd really rather not just toss the 20k I spent down the toilet.
2. No excessive swearing, please! I realize this doesn't go against the TOS, but it is a guild rule that I would like to enforce. Excessive use of vulgar or explicit language will result in your post being edited or removed completely.
3. No flaming, trolling, or otherwise harassing other rmembers. At all. For any reason. The GPA is meant to be a safe, welcoming and comfortable place for fans of all ages to gather and discuss their love of Pokemon. If you have a problem with someone, let me or another moderator know about it.
4. No page stretching! This means vertically or horizontally! Your post will be deleted/edited if this is seen. This also means cropping large quote trees so they do not fill the entire page.
5. Please do not spam. While some topics that aren't Pokemon related will be allowed, actions will be taken if an abundance of them is seen.
6. Do not beg for gold, items, donations, or anything! There is a Charity/Quests forum for that. Go beg there or in the Chatterbox.
7. Check the rules and announcements often, for they will be updated periodically and you want to be on the up and up.
8. Do not flame/insult/bash other members' favourite Pokemon. Even though we are dedicated to helping all trainers improve their skills for battling, it is not a crime to have one or two favourites above all others.
9. None of the moderators are allowed to ban OR threaten to ban another Guild Member EVER. All bannings are to be handled by me and myself alone. If I see or hear of any moderators threatening members with banishment, their positions will be revoked.
10. Please do not advertise other guilds or websites within the GPA. If you have links or the like in your signature, that is fine, but please do not make posts or topics advertising them or asking for members, for they will be deleted/locked.
11. DO NOT ATTACK ME, THE MODERATORS OF THIS FORUM, OR ANY OTHER MEMBER OF THIS GUILD. This means in the forum or through PMs, and is considered a form of harassment.
Terms of Service Verbally abuse or harrass other GAIA Online Users on a persistent basis - otherwise known as "Stalking".
