 The tome before you belongs to Nio Love and Adonis. There is a seal surrounding the book, one that allows you to leaf through the pages but prevents you from adding anything. The enchantment is strong and cannot be broken so easily, if at all. So just sit back and enjoy the Tall Tale that is unfolding before you. You can visit the Stationery Store to find out how you can write your own Tall Tale.

_Tall_Tales_ Huni was carrying a bucket from the kitchen to the shop front where Linneas was mopping the floor. It was cleaning day and it was the perfect time for Huni and Linny to bond. Even if it was over cleaning...
The shop was open, sorta, but the red head couldn't promise she'd be able to give full attention to the customers. It was, in short, the perfect opportunity for another Tale to be written into existence.
Nio Love So he'd gone and done it.
He had done exactly what his sister had expressly forbidden him to do. He had gone against every single thing she had said, every warning, every threat.
He'd gone and fallen in love. And now he was getting married.
Yet the fact was, Nio still loved his sister, and despite her utter hatred and loathing for what he'd done, he was going to try his damndest to get her to understand.
So, here he was at the Stationary Store. No Enoh, no Vidya. Enoh had stayed home to spend some time with the kids after coming back from their vacation..
..a very nice vacation at that.
But Nio had stopped by the Stationary store to buy.. get this. Stationary. He was determined to write Alania every single day if he had to.. until she replied to him.
Little did he know she was just throwing his letters away.
He slipped inside, looking at the relatively empty shop. It was so quiet today.. or perhaps it just seemed quieter whenever Vidya wasn't in it. Either way, he looked around towards the side of the shop holding the boxes of stationary, ready to pick one out and be done with it.
_Tall_Tales_ Linny, the perpetual little helper, noticed Nio and remembered seeing him when Aido asked if they wanted to go somewhere. He wasn't sure of his name, so instead of calling out to Nio, he just waved briefly before pointing him out to his mother.Huni turned to the direction her son gestured and saw the man, "Hello, I've seen you here before, yes?" she smiled, and like Linny she was clueless as to what his name was.
Nio Love Nio had picked out a box, with a little purple bow, when he noticed Linny waving in his direction. He gave the boy a small but friendly wave and a grin, before turning to Huni. He let out a soft laugh, shaking his head and running his fingers through his hair.
"I guess Enoh's right.. maybe I need to be a little more social.." He mumbled to himself quietly as he realized Huni didn't recognize him, and walked over, holding his hand out.
"Mmhm, I'm Enoh's fiancee Nio. It's nice to finally meet you Huni. I've heard a lot about you."
Oh he knew who she was, and her son. In fact he probably knew almost everyone in this store.. Vidya tended to ramble on about everything when she caught her fathers ear.
_Tall_Tales_ "You're Viddy's daddy, right?" Linneas beamed, at least he got something right."Oh! Enoh! I remember her, yes, pleasure to meet you Nio. You're free to look around, heck even in the Study, although just as a disclaimer that the room stays dirty and dusty regardless of how much Linny and I clean it. So, yeah." Huni chuckled, as she wiped her hands on her shirt before she shook Nio's.
Nio Love "I am! So you're one of her friends to, hm?" He chirped down at Linny with a wink. Of course he was. Everyone was Viddy's friend, and rightly so. <3 He turned up to Huni with a charismatic smile, and gave her a thankful nod as he shook her hand. "I appreciate it. I'm looking for something special."
Oh how ironic that statement would be.
It was a good thing Nio didn't have the best of memories.. as he'd heard the word 'Study' come only once from Enoh's words when describing Vidya's arrival, and that was long ago. He was far from remembering that now.
Where would you find the best stationary in a stationary store? The Study of course. That was just common sense. "I think I'll do just that."
_Tall_Tales_ For once, Huni decided she wanted to see what the Study did exactly and would it be any different from Linny's arrival. However, to keep some semblance of dignity, she continued to mop up with Linny but she planned to eavesdrop if possible. Hey, she was half-owner of the shop!The Study door stood ajar, awaiting for Nio to pry it fully open. Promises of something grand and whispers of a most spectacular find could be heard emanating from the room. Whether or not whatever was inside was stationery was another matter.
Nio Love Nio headed towards the Study, failing to notice the whispers until he'd touched the doorknob and stopped. His brow furrowed as he listened.. was someone in there already? He almost considered coming back later.. but decided to open the door and head inside anyway.
It was a good thing he didn't mind dust.. Huni had been right. He walked into the Study fully, and took one good long look around.
Lots of books.. not a lot of stationary.
Okay. So maybe it wasn't such common sense after all.. no one ever accused Nio of having any common sense.
"Hello?" He called out to whoever was doing the whispering. "Is anyone in here?"
_Tall_Tales_ No, well, yes, there was some thing in the Study, an old, worn leather bound Tome. It was larger than the other books, dustier, older, but there was something special about it that would draw anyone towards for a closer look.
Nio Love Nio languidly headed toward the desk after taking a look around, hoping that perhaps he would find something there.
And, well, he did.
He looked down at the book, running his finger down the edge of the binding. "This looks like Viddy's Tome.." He murmured curiously, not once making the connection. Curiosity killed the cabbit, but still he opened the Tome, flipping through the pages.
_Tall_Tales_ The Study door quietly closed behind Nio as he approached the writing table. It was at this that Huni took her cue to tiptoe over to the Study door and press her ear against the wood. Hopefully she could hear something, though she highly doubted it.Linny just stared at his mother's antics, and eventually decided to copy her.As Nio flipped through the pages, a fountain pen resting inside an inkwell made itself visible by shimmering momentarily. In the few seconds it would take for Nio to turn to the writing instrument, the Tome asked its question: "How can I find all the answers?"
Nio Love Everything seemed perfectly normal until the fountain pen caught his attention. That was enough to cue Nio's doubt. It felt like something odd was going-
One by one he watched words present themselves on the page of the half-open Tome in front of him.
Oh, fickle memory, how easily you forget the important things your loved ones tell you.
He turned around, just in time to see the door click closed behind him, and let out a soft sigh. This was just like Enoh had told him.
"..Oh I'm in so much trouble when I get home."
He turned back to the Tome, a soft smirk playing on his lips. "Who am I kidding.." He murmured to himself as he moved to write on the paper. "Enoh'll be ecstatic."
..But what to write?
He paused at the paper, looking over the question thoroughly. How does one find all the answers they were looking for, when searching through life? He knew he'd already found all of his answers in Enoh.. but..
His thoughts drifted back to his sister.
The woman was lost, and as determined as he was to help her, he felt like she was just too far for him to reach. Both physically and mentally. Last he'd heard, she had taken off into space and left her family behind to try and find some peace.
Maybe, somewhere out there, she'd find it after all.
"Look to the stars." He wrote slowly, biting his lip as he thought to himself, I hope you find something out there, Lani.
_Tall_Tales_ Look to the stars indeed. The pen in Nio's hand continued to shimmer as the walls took on a deep obsidian hue. The floor, the ceiling, everything seemed to fade into oblivion save for Nio, the writing table and the Tome. The shimmer from the pen was suddenly dwarfed by the multitude of celestial bodies that hovered overhead. A million points of light, each making up a constellation of their own and yet merging together in the magnificent expanse of space. If Nio looked closely, one particular point was growing brighter and larger. It was approaching him, closer, and hotter, a fiery comet that threatened to collide with his body. But it landed just at his feet, a blinding flash of light soon followed. When everything seemed to revert to normal, Nio would find everything was as it was in the beginning. Save that is, for the winged boy grinning at him. One hand holding his own tome, the other gesturing for his 'father' to come closer.
Nio Love Nio's eyes dropped to his penless hand, his eyes slowly rising and widening as the world around him dropped to nothing and he found himself floating in space.
Well, he knew better than that. Still, it was a breathtaking sight.
His lips turned up in a faint, awed smile as he looked up at the stars, barely catching a glimpse of the comet headed his way until it was obvious. His head turned sharply, and when it came at him, his arms rose up instinctively to block it, stumbling back a step or two and eventually tumbling down into his rear. When he dropped his arms, he let his eyes adjust to the brightness of the child in front of him.
The child in front of him..
He sucked in a sharp breath, staring dumbstruck. That was no child. It was a little mini-God.
"Oi." A little tiny chirp of a sound left Adonis as he continued to gesture for the man to come closer. He was getting a little impatient.
Nio startled at the sound. He looked around, realizing only now that he was back in the Study, and that.. that..
"OI!" The little boy stamped his foot on the floor.
Nio scrambled to his feet and moved up to stand in front of the boy, who rose his hands up indicating that he wanted to be held. Nio reached out and picked up the boy, bouncing him once in his arms.
The boy held out the book rather sharply, and his little finger pointed at the name with a tap.
"Adonis? So that's your name, is it?"
The boy nodded with a proud little grin, his tongue sticking out through it.
"Sounds perfect."
After all, Nio had the perfect wife to be.. the perfect daughter.. it only made sense to him, as he carried Adonis out of the Study, that he now had the perfect son.

Personality:
-Adonis as a simple truth is affectionate, friendly, and a little vain. He prizes beauty among all things, and enjoys making new friends who appreciate beauty as well - mostly his beauty. He only speaks words that he learns from other Tales - but by now due to his extensive exposure to many Tales, he can speak pretty fluently.
-Adonis as an Embellished child has finally grasped the concept of speech and reading, as well as honing his powers of manipulation. His charm is only superceded by his ego, and his goals are always on his mind. He adores those who are intelligent enough to be loyal to him, and will be sure to appropriate the proper rewards when his time has come.
-Adonis as a Likely Story is beginning to come to grips with what his 'story' was truly all about, and it both excites and terrifies him. Nonetheless, he has become even more infatuated with himself now that his beauty has begun to fully blossom, and intends on using his newfound powers to their fullest extent.

Past Life:
-Little is known about the soul that inhabits Adonis' body, even Adonis himself has only had glimpses of the past. (Of course I, the evil planner of doom, have it all planned out, but shh.) One particular vision seemed glorious and powerful, but another seemed wretched and horrifying. All he is aware of is that he has dreams of being ripped apart and thrown to the stars.
-As a Likely Story, however, Adonis has begun to see much further into his own life, what he was, and what he was truly meant to become. This has only served to inflate his ego more and give him grander and more outrageous goals to achieve in life. Personality: Nio is laid back to a fault. He doesn't worry too much about anything, and he normally doesn't stay in one place for too long unless it's for good reason. He gets nervous when he's flustered, but all around he's a very friendly and sweet guy. His most dominant characteristic is his old fashioned gentlemanly manner - in his world, a lady always comes first.
History: Nio was created in a laboratory owned by Hinata, a mad scientist whose original creation, his sister Alania, left her to live her own life. Nio grew up as a slave of sorts, working for Hinata and trying to make up for the hole Alania left in her life. Once grown, Nio escaped from Hinata, but not before being struck with a rather nasty curse that attempts to prevent him from getting too comfortable in any one place. He's lived as a wanderer ever since.

Personality: Enoh's personality changes with her mood, though she generally stays in the playfully evil-happy mood. She had a habit of being overly happy, and laughing at people when they're completely mad at her; which only gets their anger towards her to strengthen. Watch out if you ever get her angry though, she can be pretty darn scary.
History: Unknown. She "Woke Up" around a month and a half ago on the Port de Gambino, sitting on the edge of the docks with her feet in the water. Enoh remembers nothing of what happened before then, save for her own name. It doesn't stop her from being happy, however. She learned a few days after waking up that she was a shapeshifter; and even then it was by pure accident...but thats a whole other story!
Right now though, she's preoccupied with her family, and while her curiousity about her past gets to her from time to time, Family is a priority for her now.
However, she met a man by the name of Nio Love, who claimed to have found her unconscious on the docks, blood on her clothes and hands. Ever since they met, they've been very close, and have recently confessed their love for each other; Enoh's having a hard time getting thr courage to invite him to be the father-figure to her children.

She couldn't care less about the "In" fashions...but as long as its the native clothing of a far away place...you can guarentee its caught her attention. She's also attracted to anything thats shiney and sparkles...which is perfect, considering she's a pirate. She's observant of her surroundings and of other people and their feelings...unless it deals those emotions and feelings directed at her, and then she's Miss Oblivious. She can come off as a bit of an air head, but when it comes right down to it, she's a very smart girl. She'd rather have fun. Linneas is the first Tale Adonis ever saw. He was very friendly, and seemed to be a bit in awe of Adonis. Adonis felt the boy was obviously very clever to have done this.
Adonis' very first friend, and the first Tale he ever met. Tybalt is especially liked because he wanted Adonis to join his pirates, though Adonis has no idea what that means. He also thinks Tybalt and he look good together, being both very pretty and winged.
Donny is very attached to his sister. Very very very attached. He learned how to say her name thanks to Tybalt, and learned how to say almost everything else.. thanks to her.
Donny met Ying on the steps of the shop, working on her super toaster. Donny is dedicated to helping her in any way possible, and for some reason has a constant urge to make sure she's happy. He also thinks she's very pretty, and hence deserves to be in his presence at all times. However, he hardly ever sees her, which has always saddened him a little.
Donny thinks this Tale is also very pretty, but more importantly she has a very very pretty cat. He believes this cat is meant to be his, but cannot blame the cat for having a tough decision to make between Donny and Lyris. Therefore he feels it only right to try and find his own pet so that Luna doesn't have to make that tough choice, and eventually choose him as she obviously would have.
Donny has only met Jiro briefly so far, and hasn't made his final decision on Jiro yet. As it is he considers him a friend until he proves himself otherwise. Also he has pretty hair.
Lance and Donny once lived in the same building, but despite this they have met very little, other than the park playdate with Vidya and Tybalt. He thinks the boy is quiet, which is always a plus, but doesn't have too much of a high opinion on him.. or rather little to no opinion at all. Green is far from Donny's favorite color.
Despite the fact Armel is not the shiniest nor prettiest of Donny's friends, he holds a special regard for the boy, for certain inexplicable reasons. He thinks of Armel just a little differently than everyone else, and enjoys his company immensely. Armel is what Donny considers to be his very best friend, and shares all of his secrets with the boy.
Donny has met Chailyn a few times, and considers her a very close friend. His favorite thing about her is her clothing, it is so flowy and pretty, and reminds him of something though he can't figure out what. He is very protective of her.
Donny met Elena while running away from home, and was surprising to find how similar some of her features were to him. The starryness and blue reminded him of himself, and because of this he found her very pretty. Once they met as grown children, this thought was confirmed, as her beauty was only matched by his own. He considers this a strong sign that she should be near him, pretty much all the time.
Donny met Sylvester at the Christmas party, and has mixed feelings about him. His neck is very long, and he has fur on his skin, and he was just so different from everyone, that Donny's natural biases have conflicted with his tendencies toward friendship. For now, he thinks Sylvester is okay.
Khalindra is a very special tale, a similar sense as Elena. Donny is reminded of himself when he looks at her, and therefore considers her to retain a certain sense of beauty that dignifies his continued presence. She is also very bright, and always asks very difficult questions that make Donny think a lot.
Meeting in progress.. doesn't look good so far!

  Caesar enjoys pecking, climbing, shredding, and twittering at the quietest and calmest moments. He also enjoys long walks on the beach with that special someone. <3 Frey found Adonis when he had run away and brought him back home. He has appointed himself Adonis' caretaker, and as far as he is concerned, Adonis is the only person he ever allows to ride him. He thinks of Adonis as a cherished pet.

  Of the many gifts Nio spoiled his son with in the first few days of his existence, this particular teddy bear is his favorite. It reminds him of himself somehow. As a toddler he talked to it often, but even more often was found with it in his arms in silence. As a child, he tries to hide it, but it is usually still in his arms every night.
Sian gave Donny this top hat while visiting her shop, Mysteria, where he insisted they acquire a new sibling. It's far too large for him for now, so he used it to hold his Mysteria egg safely until it hatched.
 
Donny received a package from his new friend Chailyn with these gifts, lovely fans that he keeps carefully set on a shelf in his and Vidya's room. heart
A strange gift from his best friend Armel! Nio doesn't let Donny play with this one unless he's watching, because it gets very hot. heart
A beautiful dreamcatcher that hangs above Donny's bed, given to him by a Tale. He does not know which one because it was from a Secret Santa event. (It was Mehiyal)
A journal given to him by Harmony, for him to write his thoughts in. He hardly ever uses it.
