Her youth

The most important person in my life is my relationship with Jesus.
I've been a Christian since 8th grade (13 years old)
and it was the best thing that ever happened to me
and it has affected the rest of my life!

Adult life

Married my hubby David when I was 19 & he was 25.
We have 3 children, 2 are teachers & 1 is a nurse.
We also have 7 grandchildren, 1 of which is in heaven already.
I was raised in the Midwest but moved to the South when we married
and have been here ever since!

She has worked as a full-time mother, as an RN,
and later a high school English teacher before retirement.
Retirement is the absolute best!

We had a poodle named Conway Twitty
he passed away at the end of August of this year
at the age of 15.
We miss him but he had a good life & we have a lot of sweet memories.

Took lessons for a few years when I was little & now
I play some by note & some by ear.
If I hear it, I can usually play it.
