Their thoughts start to focus on the last thing they had been enthusiastic about—the latest patch for their favorite video game, a new cookbook by their favorite chef, or even enthusiasm about killing Troilus (or allies). This spell lasts 30 seconds, has 3 uses, and a radius of 10 feet.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Enthused Tremble
As Troilus speaks his attack's name, the magic ripples out. Enemies within radius of 12 feet will experience restless energy, racing heartbeat, mild limb trembling, and a moderately clouded ability to think assault the enemies around him. Their thoughts start to focus on the last thing they had been enthusiastic about—the latest patch for their favorite video game, a new cookbook by their favorite chef, or even enthusiasm about killing Troilus (or allies). This spell lasts 35 seconds, has 2 uses, and a radius of 12 feet.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Enthused Madness
Enemies within a 15 foot radius will experience directionless enthusiasm. The restless energy, racing heartbeat, mild limb trembling, and a very clouded ability to think start to overtake them physically. Their goal is mysterious, and they can't figure out what they're so enthusiastic about, but they are enthused about something, so it must be good. It creeps over their minds and stops them in their tracks. This spell lasts 40 seconds, has one use, and a radius of 15 feet.

Backstory/History: Imnolu worked with his cousin in their mercenary group—a lot of heisting, some mild murder. He only reconnected with his cousin when he was twelve and Rylafein went to find him when he was fourteen. He'd been abandoned on Troilus by his Pyrrhan mother for being a disgusting, weak half-breed kid due to his father being Troilan, and raised by his wonderful adoptive parents.
Imnolu's planet gained a Chaos infection through a Chaos-infected meteor. At first, things didn't seem too bad. People got unbearably sad sometimes, that was life, even if it seemed to happen more frequently. But it got worse. Sometimes, people just laid down and died of whatever sorrow or heartbreak or just sheer exhaustion they seemed to be feeling. There was a complete lack of enthusiasm for life.
The phenomenon became known as "The Withering". The Withering took people fast and hard, and there seemed to be nothing anyone could do to stop it, until Imnolu was the only one left. Despairing at the state of his planet, he too lay down, closed his eyes, and expected to die.
He didn't. After a thousand years of sleep, he woke, and fled to Earth.
