Personality: A true girly girl with high but tolerant aesthetics standards. She is a social butterfly who loves groups and chatting over tea. She's quite particular with certain things such as her appearance and clothes, with a taste for keeping things pretty and neat. Thanks to her wilderness roots, she is not above working hard and getting a little dirty for the sake of others.

Prentice – Class Affinity Solo Seamstress
Zota walked through the shop with a sharp, calculating eye. She was looking for the perfect piece of fabric. No simple leafwood would do! She wanted something that would be sturdy but comfortable. Something that would clean easily. Something that would be work efficient yet stylish.Something that would go with the loveliest green eyes that she knew of.
There was no denying that Tiam was becoming quite special to her, and she was eager to show him how she felt. In a proper and most dignified fashion, of course! She had given a lot of thought to her choices. It had been fun to go shopping for a professionally made item. There were so many out there who could make fantastic, good quality items that would make for wonderful gifts. Every time she thought she had decided on something though, she would get to the counter and hesitate. It just wasn’t special enough!
Then she walked in front of the shop of the local seamstress. Inspiration had struck like a bolt of lightning. She could make his gift!
The seamstress was a portly matron with silver streaks in her dark blonde curls and a persistent smile on her lips. When she spotted Zota, her smile grew and she stood up to walk over. “Ah, back again I see. Good day to you, young Zota.” She looked Zota over with a chuckle. “Well, you’re looking mighty serious. What’re you looking to make this time, my dear?”
Zota gave the woman a mini curtsey. She was a regular at the shop by now, constantly buying bits of fabric to make things for her family members. “Good day, Mistress Pawree.” She turned back to the fabrics and felt the heat of pleased bashfulness rise to her face. “Well.. I wish to make a shirt for.. For someone very special. He works at a clinic, so it needs to be sturdy and stain resistant.”
Pawree couldn’t help a laugh of delight. “Ah! Something for that sweetling you’ve been courting with, I dare say. That’s mighty generous of you. Perhaps something along the lines of..” The matron tapped her finger to her chin and looked around the bolts of cloth. She reached out to grab a sturdy cloth with thick stripes in various shades of brown. “Perhaps this?”
Zota pushed through the further heating of her face to inspect the fabric gently. “It is nice.. But I would like something a little more fashionable.”
Pawree nodded and replaced the bolt before she moved down the aisle. A few more bolts were pulled and returned before her eyes lit up. “Ah! Perhaps this will suit your fancy.”
Zota gasped softly and reached forward. Deep burgundy with a sparse but regal dark yellow pattern. “It’s perfect. Thank you!” She stroked the fabric for a moment before she raised her eyes. “I think I would like this to have a breast pocket. Could you show me how to make one? The last time I tried.. Well, my father put something into the pocket and it just pulled the threads loose.
Pawree cocked her head slightly. “You know, you’ve been coming here for a long time now. I don’t mind telling you how to sew, but what would you think of some official lessons? You’re not working anywhere at the moment, right?” She held up her hands, showing fingers that were beginning to bend with age. “I could use some help around the shop, too. If you’d be interested.”
Once she got through the initial shock, Zota clutched the fabric to her chest and smiled brightly. “I would love that! Thank you!”
