We do not have a team item this event, instead we use the colors:GOLD & GREEN! Just any tone of gold and green will do, as will any form of merfolk interpretation. (Fish-Person/ Person-Fish/ just Fish)

We, the Aquarians, are a race of merfolk native to what we call "The Vast Blue". This territory is situated in the twilight zone north-east of the Isle de Gambino and our capital, Oceania, is there as well. We have been living there for as long as we can remember and in the past we had a lot of outposts further away, in the deep ocean. However, in recent decades we lost contact to those outposts and search parties found nothing, if they ever returned. We suspected that the building with "Labtech" written on it had something to do with it, but we couldn't prove it until recently with the help of some surface dwelling adventurers. They taught us that Labtech released monsters called "Animated" into our waters and that these Animated had been harassing us. They also taught us how to wield special rings as weapons against those monsters for our naturally crafted weapons were highly ineffective against the Animated. However, the underwater Animated we encountered so far drop mainly "Fire Rain" rings which do not really work underwater. As such we began trading with the surface dwellers but soon the abundance of Fire Rain rings got the market over-saturated and we were stuck with low funds for buying new rings from the surface dwellers.
A few years ago we discovered that there is a vast field of corals called Antipathes. These corals can be used for our crafting but also for trading with the surface. Only the Cascadians, our river cousins, and us have been able to learn how to harvest the corals so far. As they need the corals, too, conflict has been building up for some time now.

Prizes planned: top 3 of our team, point-wise. Raffle at the end of the event, every participant will get 1 ticket for 1 point. Dice game in this thread, with a maximum of x prizes each participant can win.
After talking to the city council, a reward for the best 3 participants in this team has to be scrapped.crying Sorry to announce this and to everyone who might feel slighted because of that. However, the point raffle will get more items as such. I intend to roll out as many prizes as 1/3rd or 1/4th out of participants who scored at least 1 point. Everyone who was assigned to this team but scored 0 points will be not entered into the automatic raffle at the end of the event!

This game will sound very familiar to most of you. Unfortunately, there really isn't much point to dangling someone underwater... So we'll play the game with this wonderful skeleton I happen to have on hand.
How to Play
To figure out the unknown phrase, guess at one of the letters. One letter per post. Make sure to quote Darkerdemons. Users must wait until Darkerdemons confirms guesses before making additional guesses. Usually Darkerdemons will wait until at least two different users have made a guess. A multi-quote post with 'Updated to here' will be made. The skeleton loses one limb each time a letter is incorrectly guessed. After six incorrect guesses Darkerdemons claims the entire skeleton for his potion. Each user is allowed one guess at the entire phrase per round. Once a user guesses the phrase, they cannot submit another guess until the next round. The user is still permitted to guess individual letters. Send phrase guesses by PM to Darkerdemons. A new riddle will appear shortly after Darkerdemons receives the PM with the correct solution. Maximum of 1 prize per user, but winners are welcome to continue playing and guessing phrases. More prizes will be added to the prize pool as needed.
