That's odd. You should be able to view it. I don't know why that happened. Anyways, I'm sorry I can't help you. I'm just a regular member of this guild. You need to contact a guild admin or moderator to fix the problem.

sweatdrop A few event threads are affected by a weird guild glitch that prevents non-members from viewing a small number of guild pages. (Guild crew have no control over this, as it is not the same as crew-locked topics). Once your request is accepted you'll be able to view the page no problem.

The mermaid tail list is in this thread (shouldn't be locked since I can view it). Recolors aren't listed, so it may take a bit of marketplace hunting once you find a style that you like.
