i know with procreate you can get free brush packs and such online
i found a whole free "splatoon" themed set and it was so nice

i didnt realize youtube music was region locked eek
i started digital art when i was like 16 and now im 32 so i feelz ya there
ive been so tempted to learn clip studio, it looks really nice
im using procreate rn and i dont dislike it but i grew up using photoshop and paint tool sai

we literally had the exact same thought process and experience lol
i used spotify for years, got youtube premium and realized the music is just as good as spotify so i canceled it
