 Welcome to the Annual DCU Easter Egg Hunt!
This year the event is being sponsored by the Cultural Outreach Board along with some local schools. The event promises to be an afternoon full of fun, games, and great food for families and friends. The Cultural Board has set up a few booths near the Student Union where individuals and families can pick up information about the day’s games or buy food from a few local restaurants.
The Cultural Board invited art classes as a number of local schools to decorate easter eggs for this years hunt. Everyone who participates will get to take home a small egg decorated by one of the city’s many students. They have set up a special challenge for all who think they can outsmart the Easter Bunny and find his eggs. Special thanks goes out to the students at Romano's Constitutional Haven who have decorated the Easter Bunny’s special eggs which have been hidden around the DCU Campus for you to find. The six top players who find the most eggs will get to take home one of the large decorative eggs you’ll be hunting for!
Those who wish to participate in the egg hunt can pick up a hint guide at the Cultural Boards table outside the student union building.
Please remember this is a family friendly event, Have fun! The 6 people who find the most eggs will get to take one one of the decorative eggs themselves. These are well crafted and hand painted ceramic eggs.
There will be 4 Civilians (either new or alt-art) given away at the end of the event!
The art must be of a character you played in the event.

This event is Civilian Only.
You are allowed to play official shop character's, quest character, or disposable characters!
As a note, playing a quest or disposable character you can only RP them inside the event and does not guarantee you will win the character.
This will be a 2 part event. Please only enter if you are also interested in participating for the full event.
The first part of the event will run for about a week with 6 prompts being posted every 24 hours.
All Egg Hunt Winners will be PMed information on the second part of the event at the conclusion.
Please respect other players if you choose to play in groups. If you are working with another player try to make sure you wait for them to post.
Please keep everything pleasant. This is a family event hosted in a public place. Any IC fighting will disqualify you from the event. If you are having an issue with a player ICly or OCCly please contact me privately.
To be entered in the raffle for one of the civilians you must meet a minimum word count of 500 words. All characters you are playing in the event count, you just need to post 500 words total. WARNING!!
By signing up for this event you agree your character may be taken against their will to an undisclosed location in a second connected event

This event is being run behind the scenes by Lt. Uvarovite and General Aurostibite. They will be present at the event as the representatives from the DCU Cultural Board and Romano’s. Negaverse agents are allowed to participate just like every other civilian. They are to keep their identities to themselves and if they win they will be encouraged by the General to pass along their prize egg. If your Negaverse agent wins an egg you are allowed to give your egg to another player if they own an official character (you can not give it to someone’s quest or disposable if they did not win the character in the event). I just ask that you let me know who the egg is going to so I can send out information to the player and keep track. Please do not give out eggs to someone who does not agree with the warning in the event
The Negaverse will be kidnapping the winners of the event. If you are not alright with your character being taken please play a quest or disposable if you wish to participate! The second part of the event can’t happen if all players don’t want to be taken. Full info on this will be provided to the winners after the egg hunt is concluded.
If you are playing a Senshi or Knight you will be given the option to snap out of the mind control as/after you are kidnapped. You will not be forced to give away any information that you do not want to. Your character can not be forced into giving up IC knowledge so don’t worry! There will be rescue coming for those who have official characters. Disposables and quest characters can not be saved unless they are won in the event, Sorry! If you are playing a quest you do not have to use the event as an IC event if you do ever get the character unless you want to. Disposables will be considered killed at the end of the event. **If you do not want your official character saved for whatever reason please feel free to PM me.
The 6 main prize eggs contain both energy drain and mind control devices. These eggs will be activated at a later date and all owners of the eggs will be under the compulsion to come to a designated location. Your character will be kidnapped by Uvarovite and Aurostibite.
