BIO
This friendly stallion seems to get along with everyone he meets, be they Azrein or human. He has a playful spirit and can be mischievous at times, but is careful not to get carried away lest his antics hurt someone, especially a more sensitive soul. Seeking only to have a good time, he has trouble dealing with more serious issues; as such, he remains neutral, not wanting to get involved with the war against the Six. This also makes him reluctant to commit to a lifemate, although he might do so under the right circumstances. However, he is not completely unreliable - he would be willing to stick around to raise any foals fathered from a fling.
Name :: Dorijan Meaning :: Croatian form of the name Dorian, which is thought to derive from the ancient Greek ethnic group of the same name. Gender :: Male Alignment :: Neutral Temper :: Sassy Chosen :: n/a Images :: uncert
Always full of the vinegar, this feisty stallion has a cocky and sarcastic manner about him. He's less rough around the ladies, however, opting for a more flirtatious approach. Though it's uncertain if this actually works- his brash character is sure to turn off some.

Heartbreaker :: Dorijan woos a young mare, and she actually falls for him! But they have different ideas of what their relationship will be- while he sees this as just another fling, she thinks he wants to be her mate. Imagine her surprise when she awakes to find him gone! Does she search for him? What will be said if and when she does find him? Will their encounter result in foals?
That's My Sister/Daughter! :: Flirting with the ladies sometimes gets Dorijan in trouble; in this scenario, he makes a pass at a mare only for an angry relative (her father, or a brother, perhaps) to catch him. Perhaps they know of his reputation for having flings! Will Dorijan stand his ground, or be sent running from a possible confrontation? Has the mare fallen for his advances- if she has, will she try to defend him from her family's wrath?
Butting Heads :: Dorijan and another stallion(perhaps one that is just as much of a Casanova as he is) find themselves courting the same lady, marking the beginning of a fierce rivalry. Which, if either, of them will win her heart?
Llyr has a kind and even-tempered demeanor, reflecting the tranquility of the sea; however, like the sea becoming violent during a storm, he can become enraged given the right circumstances. This sort of mood change is not as frequent as that of the weather though; it takes a lot for Llyr to truly lose his cool. He doesn't consider himself much of a fighter and typically shies away from confrontation, but during a bout of rage will attack any enemy without heed. Most of the time, however, he prefers to use his intelligence to outwit opponents. He is loyal and protective of those he cares for, and once committed to someone or something is not easily swayed.
Name :: Nereida Meaning :: Derived from Greek, meaning "nymphs, sea sprites." In Greek mythology, the Nereids are sea nymphs, the fifty daughters of the sea god Nereus. Gender :: Female Alignment :: Neutral Temper :: Poised Chosen :: n/a Images :: uncert
"A polished lady will keep shining in all circumstances."
Nereida is elegant and sophisticated by nature, able to remain calm and collected in almost any situation. While she is well mannered and polite, she can come off as being aloof; she doesn't let many become close to her for fear of being harmed, both emotionally and physically. The coral that grows on her back is extremely delicate and she doesn't tolerate anyone touching it or even her.
Name :: Nayeli Al-Alem Meaning :: Nayeli - Means "I love you" in the Zapotec language. Al-Alem - Arabic meaning "the all-knowing one." Gender :: Female Alignment :: Good Temper :: Gentle Chosen :: None Images :: blanket cert // blanket uncert foal cert // foal uncert
Sister-In-Law :: Cerys(mate of Relik Al-Alem) Brother-In-Law :: Nieces :: Rhean and Undina Scylla(daughters of Rashieran Al-Alem and Theolan) Nephew :: Shadowfax (son of Rashieran Al-Alem and Theolan)
The daughter of a gypsy mare and a desert sheikh, Nayeli has a rich family history. However, this little filly is awfully shy for one of such a lineage; she clearly doesn't take after her mother, not possessing the vibrant personality that is typical of the gypsies. Will she stay within the troupe, or does her path lead elsewhere? Only time will tell.
Coming Out of Her Shell :: Someone (family or friend) teaches Nayeli how to be more confident and outgoing. While she certainly won't completely lose her soft-spoken and gentle nature, it would be good for her to learn how to let her hair down, so to speak, at least every once in a while.
BIO "Yes there are times we live for somebody else; your father died and you decided to live it for yourself, you felt-you just felt it was time..."
Brielle is a wild, playful mare, though she was initially more reserved growing up. Her father, who raised her alone in the outskirts of the woods, was very fearful of the Six, their allies, and of humans too, for he had seen Azrein harmed at the hands of both. As such, Brielle was taught to be cautious by her overprotective dad. Rarely did she meet other Azrein; those she did, her father was reluctant to let her befriend. She grew bored of the lonely life they led and yearned to see new, exciting places. Her opportunity came when her father suddenly passed away; though she mourned his death, she revealed in her new-found freedom. With no attachments to speak of, she left her home, off to explore the wonders of the Isle.

My Dear Brielle :: See song for inspiration. Brielle and another Azrein fall in love, but both of them (or just her?) are prone to intense wanderlust. Thus, they end up parting, but with the promise that they will come back to each other one day (this meeting could result in foals for even more chaos!). Will this promise be kept? What will change in their time apart- will they meet new lovers? (This could be her eventual lifemate; maybe some flings before she settles down though)
Flirting with Death :: Brielle acts friendly (and perhaps a bit kittenish) towards an evil, potentially dangerous Azrein. Does her fun-loving nature get them to warm up to her, or do they see her as a nuisance?
Travel Companion(s) :: An encounter with an Azrein (or perhaps multiple!) that is traveling in the same direction as Brielle results in them banding together, at least for time being. Always glad for some company, Brielle is eager to befriend her new travel companion(s); do they share the same feelings?
Name :: Avarielle Tytonovae Meaning :: Avarielle - Means "woman of strength." Tytonovae - Combination of Tyto, the genus of barn owls, and Novae, the plural form of nova, a star that suddenly becomes thousands of times brighter. Gender :: Female Alignment :: Good Temper :: Gallant Chosen :: None Images ::

BIO Hailing from the noble owl parliament(herd), Avarielle is a descendant of Tyto Alba, or 'Alba the Fair', the great leader who brought together several smaller groups to form the parliament. While their leaders aren't chosen on heritage alone, Avarielle and her family are considered something like nobility within the parliament. There are some who say Avarielle is the spitting image of Tyto Alba, from her appearance to the regal demeanor with which she carries herself. Some of it comes from her upbringing- her parents raised her to be courteous, respectful, considerate, and all such manners befitting courtly behavior. However, most of it is innate; she has a remarkable strength of heart, her brave and unflinching spirit carrying her through hardships. Sometimes she is overly formal and reserved due to the teachings of her parents, but at heart she is truly compassionate.
Some time before her birth, Faline's mother, a widow and a delicate mare who was further weakened by her pregnancy, happened upon a most peculiar sight. Two little, winged creatures fluttered agitatedly near a tree felled by a storm. As she approached, one of them flew away, but the other remained- it was a fairy, her hair trapped beneath the tree. The mare saw the situation the poor, frightened creature was in, and despite her frailty was determined to help. Using all her strength, she managed to dislodge the tree long enough for the fairy to escape. Her kindness would not go unpaid, for the fairy and her friends blessed the mare and her unborn child. After this, her health improved tenfold. Her herd was overjoyed by her miraculous recovery; previously, they feared both mare and foal would not make it. Faline was born, a happy, healthy filly. However, she possessed one oddity- a pair of tiny fairy wings, surrounded by downy feathers- a feature neither of her parents possessed. The herd was shocked when they saw the foal. Believing her to be some kind of changeling, they urged her mother to abandon her. She resisted at first, but when it became clear that the herd would shun her for fear of the bad fortune such a child would bring, she tearfully left her foal alone in the woods. She did so hoping the blessing of the fairies would still protect the filly. It would seem her mother's wishes came true, for no harm befell young Faline.
With little memory of her mother or the herd, Faline grew to be a lovely young mare. Based on appearance alone, one might really believe her to be some sort of nymph or sprite; seeing her abilities, it would seem even more true. She can't fly like a fairy does- the fairy wings themselves are much too small to support an Azrein of her size, and the feathers don't help much with flight. However, there are other things- more gifts from the fairies, it would seem. Animals flock to her side, as she seemingly is able to understand and communicate with them. All manners of flora thrive in her presence- humans might say she just has a green thumb(or a green hoove, rather). For one who lives alone, she has a exceptionally cheerful attitude; although, it could be because of this that she is so light hearted. Far away from the troubles of the world, surrounded by nature and friendly creatures, she knows little sorrow. Hence, she can be very naive.
