Rekaiyin was sleeping in amongst his sisters when a strange noise drew him out, he found that nearby...well relatively nearby there were many young families, he thought it would be an awesome to get everyone together to play and tell stories and think about what they would do when they were grown. What a miraculous sight it would be to get all the fillies and colts together, they could race they could tussle, they could think up riddles what have you. Thank night he slunk to at least one of the members of each group, some more intimidating then others, and invited them. Alignment not withstanding, humans were not invited so they shouldn't be a problem. He wondered as the day of the night drew to a close who would attend.

The little skull capped sweetheart of the sibling bunch, grinned as she followed the directions the little male had told her and her sisters and brother of the night before. A meeting of foals. How fun, she couldn't wait, which is why she picked up her pace, not caring if her siblings were following or not. She paused a little ways away from the colt, when he appeared over the crest of the fading horizon, watching to see if there were any others with him. She grinned wickedly, her red eyes lighting as she readied herself to race to him and... and pounce and bite and scratch at him.. Oh how fun this play would be!

Ceinwen giggles as she waits at the bottom of the hill on the other side. Her gaze on her brother as of course he would be the lookout. The thought of so many foals together to play with is so.. Thrilling! How could one not get excited over the idea. They even all have the same birthday! Trotting around she looks around to see if anymore of her sisters or other foals are coming this way. " Rekai! Can you see anyone?" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rajiv Al-Alem heard from his sister about the gathering. To say the least he was curious about such an affair. Excited too as this would be great fun for them. Their parents might.. freak. After all they sorta had to leave from the gypsy troupe for a little bit, but it's to have fun. So what does that matter? The brown and white striped colt trots towards the meeting place. His sisters can find their own way. He wants to check things out! He spots a rainbow colt and two fillies. Good. He isn't the first here.

"Well Ceinwen I think I'm about to get pounced from the look on this females face and there seems to be a striped son of the desert behind you, he had heard from his mother who had heard from her old herd about the offsrping of the Al Alem family.
Rekaiyin raced up to the tan female. "Well hello, your ladyship, I saw you about to pounce and I want to commend you on your form." Rekai then bounced off and raced up to the stripey male. "You are a son of the Al-Alem family are you not? My mother has told me about your distinguished line, It is a pleasure to meet you."
Rekai sidled back to his sister, "Two so far, not bad."

Ceinwen laughs and watches her brother."You mean! Can it be! Someone who actually might be as daring as you to actually try to pounce you? I can't believe it!" Her voice dripping with sarcasm and amusement. What would a day be like without some form of teasing her brother. It simply is too much fun!
Glancing at the striped colt she smiles and nods her head."Welcome! There should be more coming. Or so we hope!"
Rajiv watches as the rainbow colt bounds over his way. This colt seems to have a lot of energy. "Yes I am. Rajiv Al-Alem. It is a pleasure to meet you. Though I don't know your name.." Following the other but not quite as fast he prefers to wait til there are more foals around before actually getting all excited.

"I can't believe you two left without me!" Carys exclaimed as she trotted up to her siblings. "Leaving without your eldest sister is just unacceptable!" She didn't want to be left out of such a fun event! ~*~ Arach sighed as he trotted after his sister. He wasn't all that interested in this meeting of foals, but D'aan was and she'd insisted that he accompany her. She also suggested that his other self would enjoy it, though he couldn't exactly summon the more... emotional persona at will. Marius Nicator was a fickle one, and he simply surfaced when he wished. Still, it was better that he came; their parents would worry less, he hoped, if the two of them were together.

There was to be a gathering of foals! Foals from neighboring families who were all born on the same day which was rather amazing that they should all be nearby to enjoy each others company. Since her brother Rajiv went ahead of her with her two other sisters left uncertain about attending the gathering, she was worried about her parents, her elder brother, her grandfather and the whole gypsy troupe going into a panic and rage if they found them gone. While in one instance the foals leaving their families to explore would have been acceptable given it was the gypsy blood that wanted to roam in them, it was at night that she and her brother left which wasn't safe at all that everyone warned to never, ever leave the troupe. Not even if someone left golden apples which were surely someone's trap. Since there weren't golden apples and this was an event of having fun with other foals from those families, Malika Al-Alem, the eldest sister of Rajiv and two other sisters arrived to see the small group of foals that were there, including Rajiv. While she was named after her paternal grandmother who was the matriarch of her father's herd, being regal and the leader of her litter of siblings made her shy and a bit reserved. Which was what she was at this time, looking around at the most beautiful and unique looking foals her age. Hopefully they were nice.

Nayeli awoke late that morning, only to find that her brother and sister, Rajiv and Malika, had left for the gathering without her! She sighs gently- she only wished they'd woken her up. She roused her other sister from her slumber, reminding her of the event before taking off on her own- she didn't really want to wait, especially if one of their parents caught them venturing off. So, she trotted off, finding the spot fairly quickly; there was quite an assortment of foals converging there already. Too shy to approach any of them by herself, she quickly spotted her brother and decided to join him. "Wow, there's a lot of foals here already, isn't there, Rajiv?" she murmured.

Ceinwen smiles at her eldest sister. Her eyes filled with excitement."Oh Carys! Don't get your markings in a twist! How could we not come here as quickly as possible when we know others are gathering here! You are here now! So let's enjoy this gathering!" Seeing more fillies of the desert line she nuzzles her sister and trots over confidently to the one that is a bit further from her siblings. "Hello! You must also be from the prestigious Al-Alem line. Welcome! Please don't be shy.Join the fun!"
Rajiv grins and is about to join the other three foals when his sister trots up to him. Kind eyes latch onto his sister as he gives her a nuzzle of affection."Isn't it great! All these foals.. and we all share the same birthday!"

Thalassa looked around her siblings, then at the desert herd foals as well as the foals with the odd tails. She took all into account. This was a rather diverse gathering indeed. She would of laid back down but there was a sandy colt who caught her attention. She trotted over and smiled, "Hello."

Malika saw that her younger sister Nayeli found her way over and wondered if their other sister would join. Possibly not, they had traveled quite as ways from visiting their desert relatives some days past to be shown off and blessed by their grandparents on that end. Therefore they could still be quite tired even though they had a ton of energy as foals!
Flickering her ears and thinking she would be left unnoticed she was mistaken when a very pretty filly came over to speak with her with the brightest red eyes that contrasted beautifully with her coloring. So the other ones that looked similar to her were obviously her siblings. Jumping when she knew of her family's bloodlines she tilted her head curiously, blinking her silver eyes at the filly. "Why....yes, yes that is my family. I don't know if it's prestigious but it is quite large. I'm Malika." She said smiling gently then blushed lightly. "Oh I don't know there are a lot of foals here and they all look so....incredible and a tiny bit intimidating. What's your name?" She asked Ceinwen.

Nayeli smiles at her brother's enthusiasm. "Do we really? That must be rare, for so many to be born all on the same day..." She trailed off in thought for a moment, adding, "It'll be nice to make some new friends." The young filly hadn't met anyone outside her family before, after all. Thinking of which, she glanced around- she still hadn't seen Malika yet! She hoped she had made it there safely. Thankfully, her worries were put to rest as she spotted her sister talking to another filly. "Oh, good, she's here," she said under her breath, more to herself than anything.

Ceinwen gives a smile as the other introduces herself. "Malika.. I am Ceinwen! Mama says that we come from a long family too but that is only on her side. Dad hasn't told us of his relatives.. He said they left and he doesn't quite remember them all too well. We go back three generations from what mama said.. So I guess we would be a prestigious family too.. I never really understood it.. "
Rajiv smiles and nods."Yes. Three sets of children all on the same day. Though we were the second largest batch.. Apparently the ones with the stickmen on their hides.. Well there are five in total. Can you imagine?" He smiles at Nayeli and nuzzles her before a dark blue stick figured rainbow striped filly comes up to him. Smiling at her he nods."Hello there. Quite a lot of foals here aren't there?"

Malika smiled at Ceinwen nodding. "It's very nice to meet you Ceinwen. I think that is amazing that you come from a big and important family!" Perhaps that's what else all these foals had in common. They were born on the same day and all come from big, important family lines. Nickering softly she looked over at her siblings. "I hope you met my younger brother and sister. They are just over there next to the pretty dark blue filly. Is she your sister?" She wanted to asked then stomped her hooves excitedly. "I feel confident enough to go meet the others, Ceinwen but you my new best friend!" At least Malika hoped that meant they were best friends.

Nayeli shuffled a bit closer to her brother as the filly approached, moving as if to hide; had one of her parents been around, she likely would've hid behind their legs. As it were, she eyed Thalassa shyly, letting Rajiv greet her first. "What's your name?" she interjected, though still in her typical soft voice.
