Eternal Sailor Europa
Open.  About EuropaA member of The Jovian Court.
A White Moon Senshi with four years of experience under her belt.
Professional youma duster, but doesn't really like to fight against actual people. Nevertheless, she recently made her first kill under Gunn's watchful eye.
Extremely loyal to and protective of her teammates.
Always eager to mentor new senshi. Maybe too eager.
A huge fan of exploring space. Loves her homeworld and is working on plans for revitalizing it.
Has a personal vendetta against the DMC. Extra InformationEuropa's illness was caused by ingesting plants which she was growing on her homeworld. While she has not yet had the chance to analyze the plants and figure out what the poison was, the damage to was extensive and it has taken a year and a half to purge the toxins from her system and for her to recover. Europa will share this information with powered characters curious about her absence and lingering poor health. All others will be told the Lyme Disease Story.
Europa awakened as a senshi in November 2009, just before her seventeenth birthday. The war was different back then, and she mostly fought against youma and teamed up with other low-level senshi. Prior to her awakening, she was involved in efforts to document battles and post them on YouTube. At the first faction meeting, Astraea told her to stop that s**t. She has not posted any YouTube videos since.
Europa participated in both Tartaros and Elysion, as well as the battle for the Surrounding.
Europa swore fealty to Sailor Chibimoon and long believed her to be the White Moon's best chance for victory against the forces of Chaos. With Chibimoon departed for parts unknown, she feels very lost and unsure of how to proceed - but she is loyal to her team and believes that the White Moon needs to be more organized and unified.
Prior to the Jovians, Europa lead a team called the Basterds, which eventually dissolved with little ceremony. Europa recognizes that while she wants to be a leader, she does not necessarily have the right status or personality to be one. When she and the other founding members of the Jovians assembled the court, they intentionally set out to create a team where everyone had equal power and stakes.
Europa knows that Purification is possible but is hazy on the details. She would like to learn more, and believes that given the option between killing an enemy and purifying them, the white moon should seek to purify as many as possible. However, like the rest of the Jovian court, she believes that purification needs to be a choice - otherwise it is just as bad as corruption. What Does Europa Need?As an Eternal senshi, Europa has no requirements for me to work on - but I still want to play her!

Physique: Lean and muscular, with sharp elbows and knees, but a tendency towards plumpness around her hips. Medium-dark skin.
Hair: Dark teal, slightly wavy, and worn chin length upon her awakening, but loose to mid-back later in life. Like her present-day incarnation, she pins a front section back, but with a blue, circular clip instead of a star.
Eyes: Brown, almond-shaped.
Virtues: Polite, kind-hearted, modest, intelligent.
Flaws: Shy, self-effacing, easily-manipulated
Hobbies: Literature and history, gardening, travel, board games Extra InformationSigny was the youngest of four siblings. Her family lived in the Conamara, an agricultural region on Europa's trailing hemisphere. Her father and uncles all worked as ice fishermen, and expected her older brothers to follow them into the business. Even as a child, Signy was bookish and quiet, and dreamed of attending university in one of the moon's large cities. However, this seemed almost impossible: While comfortable by agricultural standards, to Europa's urbanized elite, Signy's family was poorer than poor.
Signy was awakened when she was thirteen as part of a "Searching" carried out by the Capital to find the next senshi. She was removed from her family and taken to the other side of Europa for training. On one hand, it was a dream come true - in the Capital, Signy had access to educational and social opportunities she would have never dreamed of back home. On the other, her new, cosmopolitan surroundings made Signy increasingly self-conscious about her rural origins.
During the time that Signy served as Sailor Europa, her moon was in the midst of a cultural shift. A global government had only been established within the past seventy years, and was still in the process of consolidating control of the more remote regions. The Europan government sought to modernize the moon by bringing the newest technological innovations from other worlds, while still preserving the traditional culture. The resulting mix of military pomp and circumstances and folk ceremonies often made the moon seem confused about what it was meant to be, a fact that Signy observed even as she participated in any occasion she was told to. She saw no reason to go against the grain, and felt a constant debt to the government for plucking her from her humble beginnings into a life of luxury.
Although she was several years younger than Sailor Ganymede, Signy latched onto him as one of her closest friends. She admired the older senshi's effortless charisma, refinement, and beauty, all traits she felt she lacked.
Signy was allowed to retain her personal name and her connections with her family after awakening, and was given two weeks of leave each year to visit her hometown. She found these visits refreshing: after long months in the capital and abroad where everyone sought to put her on a pedestal, when she returned home she was simply everyone's little sister. Babylon has been working on making connections and getting more information regarding purification. He played a large role in helping Spinel become Oenone, and is always on the lookout for more lost souls to bring into the light.
