Here's the drill, folks. To get this sorted out quick an clean, but also with a measure of fairness, there will be multiple threads with other themes to vote on. I have tried to fit each of the more popular ideas into separate threads so as to not make anyone choose between them too soon, but you will have to eventually. Also, while it's still in this stage, I would like you to post when you vote. Copy the code below and fill it out, please. If you are having a hard time coming up with an idea now then dont't sweat it. These voting threads will be here until the weekend is over. Pinkiekitty is voting for Medieval because they have THIS awesome idea for it: Each room would be a different Royal House in a large world where each of the Houses are at war with one another. Each can focus on something different about Medieval times (jousting and tourneys, dragons, art, royalty, stuff like that).

Cronic Hiccups is voting for Classical Music because they have THIS awesome idea for it: I was thinking that one of the rooms could also be based on The Planet by Gustav Holst. The characters could be the planets. One character could be Mars, harsh and violent, while another could be Jupiter, a softer, more romantic character.

phedre_whiteraven is voting for Arabian Nights because they have THIS awesome idea for it: Each room could be based of a tale from the story "A Thousand and One Arabian Nights". Stories like Aladdin, Alibaba and the Forty Thieves, etc. We would easily have enough rooms and hosts could be each main character and antagonist. Plus it would be cool to dress as Genies,Djinns, or Sultans

Some of them are so strange and cool... Plot could be stories that are caught in a loop because something vital to the plot's completion is missing and guests need to a) figure out what it is based on the story and b) figure out how to replace or reclaim the missing item/person.]

We could have a Red Riding Hood room, a Rapunzel room, a Hansel and Gretel room, Beauty and the Beast room, etc.]

[MystMist] is voting for [Arabian Nights] because they have THIS awesome idea for it: I have the books at home and have seen a TV series based on it, but personally i think it would be fun to be 1 of the 40 thieves or the person who ended up in the roc's nest.(Cant remember complete story) If we choose this theme i will reread the books so that i know all stories and can help people with the stories.

 I'll turn him into a flea, a harmless, little flea, and then I'll put that flea in a box, and then I'll put that box inside of another box, and then I'll mail that box to myself, and when it arrives..

But seriously, folklore is such a wide term, so we could encompass a whole ton of stories, and there would be something for everyone! We could, for example, take a piece of folklore from several countries and create rooms based on each tale! ]

Parae811 is voting for Folklore because they have THIS awesome idea for it: They're the only one I can think of rooms for?? Seriously, Chinese/Japanese folklore is too awesome. Egyptian folklore has a lot of gay elements, but is very awesome. Greek/Roman folklore... etc. etc. etc. The characters can be prominent characters from prominent stories. For example, in the Chinese folklore room, you can have Sun WuKong/The Monkey King from 'Journey to the West' (wikipedia), and NeZha from 'The Legend of NeZha'.
