PolishPanda123 Television theme, where the rooms represent different genre's, like comedy, mystery, drama, sci-fi and horror or something like that. Or the same thing, but with music. Come on! When I went to post mine nobody posted yet. I posted a whole long explanation too for Television. That's what I get for overachieving...XP I like the music idea though! And obviously television...

Gwendolyn Barrett Let's see, Holiday Theme: Each room is their own Holiday Town, similar to nightmare before Christmas. For those that celebrate different traditions, the co-host could represent that holiday or something like that. The Main room could be the gateway to the other holiday towns. Elemental theme: Each room is an element of nature. Earth, Air, Fire, water, Light, Dark, Shadow, electric. Along those lines. The main room could represent the spirit or essence that ties all the rooms together. I like the Zodiac theme but I think that was done before. This was a suggestion of last year: a compilation room of all the balls from the past years. (Just throwing that back out as I liked it before) Sweets theme-not sure on the details yet but an idea Weather theme Seasonal theme Ok that's all I have for now. I really like your ideas!

Captain Dory Maybe a Game theme, where the rooms are based on games like Chess, Checkers, Candy Land, and other games from both childhood, and adulthood. I would love a theme like this!

Gaia did a board games themed RIG, and it was pretty unpopular. Every other RIG this year his 95k+ while it was still current and easily went 100k+ after it left the cash shop. The board games themed RIG is still below 90k. It may have been the items itself that caused it, but it is still something to take into consideration I think.... like why did it do so badly. Was it just the items or did the theme itself not lend it towards having items that would be popular. 2. Some games, like Candy Land, are probably still under copyright.

LilChibiusa PolishPanda123 An art theme. There could be rooms for sketching, watercolors, chalk, graffiti, and crayons or something. And then for a plot, erasers could be taking over or something and the ball is to bring out the artistic talent of Gaia to defeat the erasers. (I just had a creative spark) I like that one! xd I also want to throw out the Shakespeare/books themes again! heart Took the words right from my mouth. Classic Literature Theme! It doesn't have to be the plot of the actual book (that would be bad), but a room based off of it. I thought about this theme last year, and rooms might be something like... Moby-d**k-- What else? They're on the deck of a ship, hunting down the whale that harmed the captain (killed his parents, took his leg, whatever you want). Shakespeare-- A more romantic-themed room in Renissance style, with identity mix-ups, marriages, sword fights, Shakespearian insults, and maybe even a death or two. O_o Frankenstein-- A horror-based room set in a mad science lab! The hosts are working to bring a corpse back to life! Great Gatsby-- A 1920s bootleg party! Pool, flapper dresses, bobbed hair, and a lot of sleeze. Huck Finn-- A party on the Mississippi River! We have a classic hoedown. You could also do rooms based off of Grim Fairy Tales, Harry Potter ( iif that counts), Treasure Island, or stories of the Knights of the Round Table. There's a lot of ideas you can put into this one, without using the actual plot of the books, which people may or may not have actually read. Most people know the gist of these books.

Music genres. Hip hop, pop, rock, indie, classical, and electronica are a few rooms i can think of now, plus we could have a "studio" for a news room. Or the indie music could be the news room because "they knew about the plot updates before it was cool."

Classic Music Theme --
I got the idea from this one from listening to my own profile, which is Vivaldi's Winter from the Four Seasons played on an electric guitar with synthesizers and orchestra backup. Laser light show included!
Concept/Premise -- Each room would be a personification of a specific piece of classical music. Like a room based on the Four Seasons would quite literally have the four seasons as characters while a room based on Beethoven's Pastoral Symphony would have have characters engaged in country life and room based on Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries could quite literally be a battlefield [complete with valkyries.]
Concerns -- Besides requiring hosts to be familiar with classical music and whatever perceptions guests might have about it being too stuffy/formal, my biggest concern here is Disney's Fantasia.

I'm pretty sure Harry Potter falls under cannot use due to being under copyright. I remember that being mentioned in regards to themes last year.
