Welcome true believers!

Stan Lee here, welcoming you to the latest heroing adventures of our high powered heroes! Boy I have to tell you over the years we've seen some absolutely delightful stories about our favourite heroes and villains but regardless of if you read the original stories or even the ultimate series, nothing will prepare you for this; The Marvel Universe: Earth 73 Role Playing Game!

Now you might be asking, Stan! How could it possibly be any better? Well my friends, today, in this very rpg you will see the heroes and villains you know and love be re-imagined by YOU and played out in an entirely fresh, new beginning where just about anything could happen!

If you've ever wanted to ask the classic "What If?" and see how that scenario would play out, than look no further than here because the fine folks of the Omniverse 73 Guild seek to do exactly that and I have to say I'm really looking forward to seeing what incredible tales you all come up with.

Role Playing Game Rules

Know them, obey them, fear them.

1. Follow the Gaia T.O.S. You should know what this is.

2. Respect your fellow role players, the mods and Game Master (GM), failure to do so will get yourself banned.

3. PM the active GM (myself) your request to join! DO NOT post a request to join in the RPG threads for any reason, doing so gets your join request automatically declined.

4. I run more than one RPG at once, so when you pm to join one, please make the PM's subject entry the name of the RPG for ease of reference.

5. Please be as literate as you possibly can which includes proper grammar, punctuation and of course spelling. We understand writers block, we really do but there is difference between that and laziness. Make an honest attempt to post at least a four sentence paragraph per post and you'll be doing fine! Do more than that and you're fantastic, might even find yourself rewarded for your efforts from time to time!

6. When you are writing a post, do so like an actual writer for a novel. This means write in the third person, past tense, place speech in quotations and write character thoughts in italics.

7. We do not want to see Out Of Character (OOC) comments in your RPG posts. Please take all questions, comments and discussions to the designated chat room found within the guild.

8. Chat speak and 133t are NOT permitted period!

9. NO godmodding, auto-hitting, or anything to its likeness unless agreed upon with the role players involved prior to it.

10. Romance is allowed but remember that Gaia is a PG-13 zone!

11. Swearing is allowed, but apply common sense. If you get out of hand, you will be warned by a MOD to clean it up once, if you persist you will be asked to leave the RPG.

12. If someone has gone off into a side story within the thread, please don't just poke your nose into it unless they've made it clear that it's alright with them. When in doubt, PM them and ask if it's alright that you add to their story. Keep in mind, they do have the right to say no.

13. You should be able to post at least once every other day to keep up, if you don't think you can do that discuss this with the GM before applying to join.

14. No bumping, spamming, advertising, or random posts in the thread please. Keep advertisements in your signature.

15.There is only ONE reason to quote people and that is if the RPG post you are interacting with is on a previous page. Other than this, there is NO reason to quote.

16. The rules are subject to change at any given time. When edits/additions are made, the GM will give one notice in the RPG"s respective chat room thread, at that time it is your responsibility to read the updates and follow them. Failure to do so will only hurt yourself.

Suiting up.

This rpg is for strong role players who are fans of the Marvel universe and that are open to the 'what if' scenario. I say that because we are not going to worry about cannon, this is going to be our own unique take on the MU and we can change things up as we see fit... with common sense in mind of course as we don't want to change the characters so much that we don't recognize them any more!

I realize not everyone will be sold on playing a Marvel based character and will be looking to join in as their own original character but this story is about the Marvel universe primarily, so this is my deal. You can have one original character for every Marvel character you play and I'm allowing a character capacity of 2 MC's per person to begin with. Down the road, if you prove to be a capable and active role player, we can discuss adding more characters to your roster at a later time.

Now to join the rpg there are a few things you must do:

1. PM your request to join with the subject title "Marvel Universe: Earth 73"
2. Provide a character bio by filling out the provided template below.
