The once proud entrance etched into the mountains that were themselves the entrance to the Iwagakure, lie in ruin. The once 'unbreakable' steel gates which barred entrance from even the strongest of foes has been torn to shreds, large fragments of the metal ripped from each other, remaining only to crush and maim the remainder of the village beyond. Tattered remains of the metal are still embedded into the surviving rocky outcroppings, but there is nothing barring one's path into the utter destruction that has become the Village Hidden in Rocks.
Just past the gates, before the path leads down to the various bridges and rope structures leading to the rest of the village, there is an open display of the utter devastation that has befallen the village, riddled with once proud stone structure utterly crushed to piles of rubble. Toppled structures have poured into the vast space leading to the base of the village below, where piles of rubble have been intermixed with the destroyed remains of life and the unfortunate citizenship of the village.
A vast chasm separates the once barred gate and the destroyed village, bridged only by a few remaining wires which flimsily hang from the remaining rock faces near the entrance, which lead down into the dusty remains of the village.

 Oniwa Kye| Satetsu | Speed/Combo | Otogakure | Kage ||| Shinobi Profession: Taijutsu Specialist || RPC Profile || Her new travel cloak swaying across the ground as she walked, Kye found it to be incredibly light, making it both comfortable to wear and unobtrusive as she walked. Having heard Seijiro describe it's ability, Kye was optimistic that the garment would finally allow her to simply introduce herself as 'Elise' rather then having to tack on a forced lie that she was of a rare bloodline. Excited by this new position, Kye found a spring in her step, but it quickly subsided as she came upon what used to be the great Iwagakure village. Even from a distance, Kye could tell that the destruction was far more vicious then she could have imagined, even after having it described to her in detail by Seijiro. The once soaring metal gates were completely torn down, the metal itself ripped apart in many areas and strangely contorted in a variety of ways.
Finally reaching the area of the gates themselves, Kye marveled at how such a strong structure had been completely decimated... the metal itself looking very strange altogether. Not yet willing tor each out and touch the last remaining contorted section of the once proclaimed 'Unbreakable Wall', Kye examined the metal from a distance. Analyzing the shape of the bend and the contortion of the metal wall in conjunction with the surroundings, Kye was able to learn a lot. The break points in the metal where chunks of the wall itself had been ripped from each other revealed that something had pulled on the door with incredible force, causing it to buckle and eventually give way at it's weakest points... the stress of the pull near the center snapping the metal from it's more secured corners. Kye could only think of a few things that could produce such an effect and noted that neither side of the door showed any sign of force applied to them.
Learning all she could be looking at the metal, Kye slowly reached out her hand to touch the metal only to receive a small shock from the door, causing her to jolt her hand away quickly. Moving her hand closer once again, she received a jolt once more, which was rather strange considering the electrical forces should have dispersed on the first discharge. Intrigued, Kye used some of her Satetsu ability to wrap her hand in a magnetic force to repel any such charge, only to find that her hand felt a sudden attraction towards the door, her arm pulled towards the metal as it attached loosely. "Residual Magnetic Polarity... how incredibly fascinating. Could this be how the door was ripped from itself... via a magnetic pull?" Releasing the magnetic field which wrapped around her hand, Kye removed her hand from the metal wall and proceeded into the village.
A half-step inside however she froze as the sight before her. The entire village, every bit of it that she could see had been reduced to a pile of rubble. Chaos loomed over the entire scene as Kye began to notice smaller details, such as contorted metal sticking out of walls and through buildings. The scene was a horror to behold, but Kye, having grown up in a war torn land had learned long ago how to press on in a seemingly hopeless situation. A vast chasm still separating her from further investigation, Kye found one of the few remaining wires left intact, leading down into the village and leaped directly onto it. Through careful balance and chakra control, Kye was soon gracefully sliding down the thin wire, descending quickly into the wreckage that had become the village, curious to learn more about what had happened.

Oniwa Kye| Satetsu | Speed/Combo | Otogakure | Kage ||| Shinobi Profession: Taijutsu Specialist || RPC Profile || Had Kye decided to use her Iron Sand to get her back up to the village gates after having descended down into the rubble in the pits of the village, it would be a constant battle to maintain the proper forces. As such, Kye found the highest possible cliff sides leading up to the gates, Kye made a long journey up the cliff, using a combination of Wall Walking and pure athleticism to leap her way up the mountainside until finally she escaped the ravine and found herself back at the broken metal gates.
Ready to put it all behind her, Kye wasted no time exited the village and proceeding to the beginning of the Life Road which would carry herto the Sunagakure. Hopefully she would be able to find Yasashi there and the two of them could combine their knowledge. Between her first hand experience and expertise in Jiton and Yasa's uncanny ability to find information, they would be sure to get to the bottom of what happpened in the Iwagakure as well as discuss other matters.
