You don't need pet art to roleplay in Wardwood, so even if you're new, you can get started as soon as your profile is accepted! Keep in mind, however, that you cannot play chosen characters until you've gotten a guardian for them. Information about guardians you're questing for should go in the quests subforum. If you have a guardian, familiar, or even companion pet quest thread for a character, we encourage linking to it from their profile.
Profile titles should consist of the name of the character AND the name of their guardian or familiar if they have one, preceded by:
- [c] for chosen characters
[n] for non-chosen characters
[h] for hedge witch characters
Example: [c] Samwise Gamgee & Bill is the thread title of a chosen character named Samwise Gamgee and his guardian, Bill.
Approval
ALL characters must be approved before you can begin roleplaying them (roleplaying your pets in the Dreaming is the only exception). We don't expect perfection, and most profiles will get approved instantly with no issue; we just want to make sure everyone's following the rules and their characters are appropriate to the setting. If your profile is not approved you will be PMed discreetly to let you know why and give you options for fixing it.
