Thats so funny but at the same time very saddening xD
I think Chibi-usa's hair is pink in reference to the fact that Sailor Moon/Usagi originally had Pink hair.

Maybe it's the fact that Serenity originally in the moon kingdom has silver hair. So Maybe Darien has really dark blue or purple ish hair and she ended up with pink.
But the pic doesn't explain why Rini has the Moon Symbol on her forehead
