First off, I have this in two RPC's like this.

Now this is the spirit realm my I add. Elves are seen in many lore as a race that did exist that went into hiding. Also, I am not the only one that has put mythical creatures into their RPC. Neither has Ace or Luci. Here is a link to the other RPC. Now I think we should allow it, then again, I am one of the ones in question, therefore I do not think my vote counts. If it does, I vote yes to it.

Back before I was a Vice Captain and a simple member of the Council we had a conversation about this before but it was never actually passed. Back then, and today I agree on a simple matter, that it should mainly be a look, and not an increase in stats to a degree. For instance the animal captain in Bleach, yeah he has a wolf like head, and a fur covered body, but it does not make him weaker than any of the other captains, nor does it make him stronger. I believe because of that, that no "beast" like shinigami, or vizard, to even Arrancar should be given special stats simply because of what they are if they cannot give reasonable stats that don't just make them invincible.

Now for instance if a creature had wings, this would mean more than likely they have the ability to fly, even if they are a simple soldier without the ability of air walking, that would be the only extra lift. Or if they have animal attributes, such as like being a dog or wolf normally their hearing would be beyond that of others, and so would their sense of smell. But as to adding on to them having more powers, such as breathing fire as a dragon, or so on to that, I don't think it should really happen.
Mostly it would have to be a look thing, and if they "are" going to add certain stat increases, it "has" to be within reason. If they do dragon and add on that they can shoot out a fire ball from their hands, feet, or mouth that takes up the size of a damn football field, that would be an issue, but if they went with a reasonable shot of like a bowling ball or something, then we could understand that.

So I would go with having some animal like creatures, even if it is of a supernatural sorts, as long as it exists within known lore, and if it is one that doesn't exist or one you cannot find on your own, come to me about it if it is passed that supernatural types are allowed. I sadly enough have a very large knowledge of many different lore and the creatures within them.

As Redd and Krono have stated, only if it doesn't add considerable stat advantages. Mostly it'd have to be for asthetics with the only acceptable "abilities" to either be weakly combat or totally comical.
