4. Byakurai (白雷, Pale Lightning) - The user fires a concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from their finger.
11. Tsuzuri Raiden (製本電, Bound Lightning) - Electric current flows through any object the user touches and is able to lead electricity, damaging any target that is in contact with the object the current runs through.
32. Ōkasen (黄火閃, Yellow Fire Flash) - Fires a wide arc of yellow energy at a target.
35. Breaking Palm - A direct kido attack, this move must be done at point blank range. The user of this attack focuses kido energy into one of their hands, the entire hand soon becoming covered in the energy. This technique gives the hand a great destructive force, allowing it to punch holes in walls and greatly increase that person's striking power to the point of being able to fracture or break bone. If the shinigami is captain rank this technique can even allow them to destroy large structures without a zanpakutou. This kido spell last only five minutes.
36. Kongōbaku (金剛爆, Adamantine Blast) - A blast of spherical, red energy similar in strength to a Sōkatsui blast.
37. Thousand Burst - A ball of energy is focused in the palm of the hand. When released the ball travels a very small distance before exploding into a thousand small spheres of spirit energy, spreading out as they travel. In a modern context it is most similar to the blast from a shotgun loaded with 100 buckshot, and can easily overwhelm a target through by spreading out the contact area of between the spheres and the target. Maximum effective range is no greater then 30 meters before the spheres become too diluted to do much damage.

Hōrin (Disintegrating Circle) - Causes an orange hued tendril with spiraling yellow patterns to erupt from the users hand and attempt to trap a target. the end of it remains in the hands of the user allowing them to control the path of the tendril before and after capture. The Kidō is able to connect with another one of itself if both have captured a target and bind them together.
Incantation: "Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini!! Look upon yourself with horror and tear out your own throat!"
26. Kyokko (曲光, Curved Light) - Hides the target from sight, by bending light. The spell has the ability to totally hide the presence and reiatsu of the user or specified object
35. Fushibi (伏火, Ambush Flare) - A kido net that entangles the foe(s) that render them immobile, if a hado spell is use on the net it will result in a large explosion around the foe(s).
39. Enkosen (円閘扇, Arc Shield) - Summons a shield of condensed reiatsu to block opponents' attacks.
50. Sokubaku (Shackles) - This demon art denies any and all movement of the targets arms and feets, binding them together at the back of the target's back.

~Dashing~
A most basic technique that allows the user to throw him/herself to a certain direction using a certain angle of which way the the stance is directed and executed. Based on an individual's atributes, dashing can be quite a moderately fast move instead of running. Also depending on the distance, dashing can be quite useful if in closer range to the opponent. This technique is basically for all ranks.
~Air Walk~
Another skill, though not necessarily related, is the Soul Reaper ability to walk on air using spiritual energy. By collecting and solidifying spiritual particles beneath their feet, Soul Reapers can gain traction on thin air to either freely move about or to stop themselves from falling. This particular ability can only be obtained from officer level. Furthermore, it cannot necessarily be used every so often, especially for officers. It is an ability that can only be temporarily used but cannot last for a very long period of time. However, for lieutenants, they can stay on air for quite a bit longer and for captains, it can be held for quite a long while considering the great amount of riatsu within a captain ranking individual.
~Furikkā (Flicker step)~
This technique was created by soldiers and officers after seeing how lieutenants and captains had a technique that allows them to move faster than the eye can follow, after studying Shunpo the soldiers and officers came up with this technique similar to Shunpo but different from it as well. Similar to Shunpo, a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. This technique requires a very high level of training, thus a most difficult one to obtain. One, who is of a high soldier ranking, must be able to possess Furikkā. Furthermore, not like Shunpo this technique is only for short-range but none the less it is a speed known to be the exceeding ability than dashing. For soldiers it is nearly mastered, yet not perfect. Therefore, a soldier can only move 1-3 feet with this step. For officers Furikkā is fully perfected and move 1-6 feet with this step. Once lieutenant rank they loose this ability and gain Shunpo.

Through out researching the gateway that Arrancars and Hollows use to leave and enter Hueco Mundo, Shinigamis and Vizards came up and made their own version that is similar to the original in every way but before they can open the gate an incantation must be said before hand, the incantation is: "My right hand is the stone that bridges worlds. My left hand is the blade that binds reality. The black-haired shepherd is hung from a chair. Stratus clouds come, and I strike down the ibis". ~Senkaimon~
(穿界門, World Penetration Gate) is the dimensional gateway which Shinigami use to enter and leave Soul Society by unlocking it. When guided by a Jigokuchō, the Senkaimon takes the form of a waiting room entered through a sliding door. Humans can also use such a gate through the use of Reishihenkanki (霊子変換機, Spirit Exchangers), which convert solid matter into spirit particles.
The Tenkai Kecchu (転界結柱, World-Shifting Binding-Posts) is a variant on this gate by using four linked points to create one spiritual unit of area radius that swaps something that it encircles with something else in Soul Society.

Shikai Ability: After release Akira emits a small amount of his reiatsu that outlines his entire body then that reiatsu changes and acts like fire and even becomes the color of fire but it is not really fire. This reduces the strength of any fire and ice base attacks that hurts him by half but making him more vulnerably water, making water base attack twice as strong against him.
Shikai Attack One:
Fire Talon
The blade becomes engulfed in flame and any cut burns with pain increase with reiatsu and the pain lasts 10 minuted regardless of rank (Pain is pain) the time duration does not stack.
Shikai Attack Two:
Flash Flare
Fire starts concentrating on the tip of the blade and any slash or stabbing motion will send out a stream of fire
Shikai Attack Three:
Brust Fire
Any cut that is exposed and that has fire on it from his Fire Talon Attack, the fire will use a little amount of the opponents reiatsu to make a mini explosion on the cut causing damage but not to much damage but once the explosion happens the fire disappears from the cut.
Shikai Attack Four:
Transcending Flame
Golden Flames envelopes akira's entire zanapkuto giving him acces to his bankai weapon and doubling the power of his shikai attacks

Bankai Attack One: (Phenoix flare) Flapping his wings the embers from the flames transform into small birds in groups of 5-10 and head in the direction that akira flapped his wings with a slight homing affect and when they impact they explode
Bankai Attack Two: (Blaze Blitz) Akira raises his scythe into the sky and start spinning it aboves his head then soon after a fiery tornado engulf his entire body that is 10 foot radius that is 100 feet tall ground and up. Once Akira swings his scythe the tornado curves down and the top of the it heads towards the opponent engulfing them and curves back up and head towards the sky.

Biography

Akira was born in the Seireitei and has only a vague memory of his parents which were killed by hollows. His mother had dragon blood in her and passed it on to akira when he was born and when he is in danger or is pushed passed his limits the dragon blood awakens changing his body and giving him a different personality. Akira joined the Seireitei when he was 25 years old at which point he was constantly wearing his necklace and the cloths making him seem much weaker and slower then everyone around him which cause him to stay at a soldiers level for around 150 years of his current life where he could finally move like everyone else normally
