To make a marine division, post the following below, in one post. Try to follow these rules:

xxx*Keep your post updated.
xxx*If the division is destroyed or disbanded, delete the post.
xxx*If a character dies, do not delete them from the division; rather, strike through their name.
xxx*Unlike pirate crews, marine divisions may be composed of NPC's until people join.
xxx*You may decorate the following skeleton as you wish, but all positions must be seen.
xxx*You may add ranks as you like.

This Commander is in charge of all marksmen that are to be deployed, many of them are often sent out on missions with the Battle Ready Division.
