Devil Fruit Ability:The user of this fruit is able to generate, manipulate, and become smoke. Like some of the other Logia type Devil Fruits, this one allows his user to "fly", by turning his body or the lower part of it into smoke, greatly enhancing his movement speed.
Personality: a go with the flow type of person.
Biography: Sai was 13 when got his hands on his devil fruit. He grew up in a little town, called Nedoria. Unlike his only cousin he had his parents to take care of him. He didn't struggle on his own. He made it into the military training facility near by at age 14. Even though he and his cousin took different paths, Sai always wrote to him when he was at the training facility, even though he never got a letter back. He finished the academy when he turned 18. After that he was put on a marine division.
Dream: To log every way to defeat every devil fruit user he runs into, even if he is not the one able to do it.
Weapon(s): These gauntlets give him an increase in strength. The metal on the knuckle part of each gauntlet has two seastones embedded into them.
Fighting style: Up close and personal. But if necessary he can fight from a distance

* White Out: shoots clouds of normal smoke from his arms and uses them to engulf his opponent, then makes the smoke denser to hold them in place.
* White Blow: shoots a cloud of dense smoke from his arms to blast his opponent hard. After striking, he can then trap his opponent as with the White Out attack.
* White Snake: launches a long "snake" of dense smoke from his hand that he makes follow the opponent until it hits and grabs them. This is sometimes followed by him thrashing his foe around.
* White Spark: transforms his whole body into a cloud of dense smoke and charges at the opponent.
* White Vine: Smoker transforms into a spiraling column of smoke to trap his enemies or to grab an airborne target.
