If you believe your pet has fulfilled all the Requirements for Growth, please leave a post with the following form to request artwork for your next stage. If we believe that you have met the requirements for growth, we will mark your post as APPROVED. If we feel your pet still needs some development, your request will be DECLINED and we will give you some tips on what could be done to achieve growth.

NOTE: You must fill a growth requests for ALL STAGES.

Growth Requirements

Please be aware, these are just basic minimum requirements to grow your pet, actual growth will be at the discretion of the Petshop. The more you rp and participate, the faster your pet will grow! o w o Please be aware, that some pet types will grow faster than others, and that growth is also dependent on the nature of your creature. Participation in metas may give you the opportunity to skip certain growth requirements. Yes, they grow a little slow, but they're worth it, I promise ♥

NOTE:For your pet to grow, a request for growth MUST be posted through this GROWTH REQUEST THREAD

ALSO Your required roleplay with staff does not necessarily need to be finished (it will depend on staff time and availability).
So long as the staff has said you have successfully picked-up / checked-up your pet, you're fine! ♥

〖Stage 1 ⇢ Stage 2〗
Minimum Time || 1 week

❃ Start Pet Journal

○ Journal thread will be created by a mod in the guild forum Backroom || Journals.
○ Do NOT create this thread yourself
○ First post will be reserved and created by staff to insert your Certificate (most recent stage)
○ Additional posts should be created by you

❃ Finalize owner journal thread in the Guild's Quest Thread
○ Elaborate on why your character would need a pet - details are good!
○ Use this to introduce your character (the owner) and the story of their life (remember to include basic things like personality / physical traits)
○ Create an entry (solo rp) that is like an excerpt / flashback of this reason
○ Perhaps a significant event in the owner's life? Just bored? Referred?
○ This entry must be atleast 500 words
○ For some flatsales, this entry and your character's story will be used to determine the nature of your pet

❃ PRP with the Peddlar / Xiao Bai / staff about receiving your teacup

○ you should post first (introduce the setting etc.)
○ create a forum thread in the Golden Door Guild Forum
○ Minimum 1000 words total by you

❃ Begin filling pet journal

○ Minimum 2-3 journal posts

❃ One Solo rp

○ reflection on recent pet growth (into shadow wraith) / meeting your pet
○ Minimum 400 words

❃ One "Fishing for Dreams" solo rp from the guild thread

○ Minimum 400 words

❃ Demonstrate interaction with at least one other owner in the guild

○ Posted approx. 1000 words+ in total
○ Can be through a PRP (private role play) thread
○ Can be through an open RP thread
○ Wooden Door RPs do not count

❃ Must have mastered up to Spell Level 1 of designated element type(s) - if your pet has more than one element type, you must complete spell level 1 of both!

〖Stage 3 ⇢ Stage 4〗

❃ Complete a detailed journal

○ Minimum 7-10 posts (all important details and character histories should be in place)

❃ Active participation in guild roleplay

○ Should have created at least 1 RP threads
○ Activity through multiple rps (should be documented in your journal)
○ Written about 400 rp posts (approx. 80,000+words in total). However, there are no set rp requirements, growth is character-dependent and will be decided by PoD staff

❃ Create at least 3 solo-rps / diary entries

○ Each must be at least 600 words

❃ 2 completed prompts from the "Fishing for Dreams" guild thread

○ These can be solo'ed or done with a partner (but if partnered must incorporate BOTH prompts from BOTH owners - you might get a special present if you do ♥)

❃ Must have mastered up to Spell Level 3 of designated element type(s)
❃ Active

❃ Huge amounts of dedicated everything
❃ Must have mastered up to Spell Level 5 of designated element type(s)
❃ Active
