Carter City College

The community college of Carter City is a series of nondescript buildings containing rows of classrooms. The campus is kept nice and green, but at the same time is nothing special. CCC is known for its mechanical engineering program, and the campus connects directly to the subway system.

Head down one of any number of entrances to reach Pencil-Pusher's Way Underground.
Head northeast to reach Pencil-Pusher's Way Central Block.
Head northwest to reach the Temple of Salamander.
Head southwest to reach Clearing East of Carter Hill.
Head southeast to reach the Manabu Seido Building.
