Pencil-Pusher's Way Underground The Carter City College Subway Station is one of Carter City's smaller stations. Outside the gates, several automated ticket vendors sit outside, screens blank due to the loss of power throught Carter City. On the other side of the gates are two platforms. The tunnel runs east and south. The east-bound passage curves slightly north for Industrial Row, while the south-bound passage splits to lead to either the Manabu Seido Building or Lanzer Square. The only light is the dull red emitted by the emergency fixtures, powered by a backup generator hidden away somewhere. The tunnels are roughly 15 feet wide, and 14 feet tall, and contain parallel-running tracks. An occasional train sits on the tracks, allowing for varied cover. The third rail is dead.

Walking became so much easier once one got off of the snow. This was something Julian, an avid hater of snow, rediscovered as he entered the new area. It was also much less bright without the lighting reflecting off of a winter wonderland.
The long blonde haired man stopped as he neared the center of the room. Had to wait for his team mates to catch up afterall. Even as his steps came to a pause both hands went up to tug the long ponytail, which had been hanging out of his blue jean vest, all the way out to fall behind him. It almost looked like a long tail of his head damp from the snow.
"So then gents...where to from here?" A wave of the hand followed him saying this, indicating the multiple directions.

Espyn slid easily along the snow, and when it ran out after a while, he gathered the last bits that he stepped in and formed them into little wings that flapped furiously at his heels, gliding him along by air.
"Another subway.. where from here?" he asked, looked around and observing the scene, rising higher towards the ceiling to get a better look through the darkness.

Gabriel arrived in the subway station directly below Pencil Pusher Avenue. Finding solid ground beneath his feet was something of a refresher, as well as a somewhat brightly lit room as compared to the darkness the tunnel offered. In response to the light, Gabriel rose his right hand, index finger gently flicking the sunglasses--which had, amazingly, suffered no real damage-- down over his eyes.
"Well, my guess would be to go east. Since that happened to be the wall that the robot decided to smash through, although I'm not so sure if he would be this far north. Worth a shot though, right?"

Julian swerved on his heel to face the two as both hands found purchase in his pockets. During the walk his axes had both been slid back into the loops on his belt.
"Cool. Though we might want to try and head a bit south too." At this his head dipped towards a tunnel off to the side, hard to see in the dim lighting. Blue/Green/Silver eyes hit one of them then the other before shrugging.
"Agreed or what?" He had a way of making a question sound like a statement...

OOC:::If we go Southeast then East we will be at Arc's bot. If you people are intereasted in taking it on. We are the only people close enough to challenge it...so...go for it? Just have to get lost down here...

Espyn looked down at Gab and nodded in partial agreement.
"So.. southeast it looks like? I don't know where that leads but it's bound to lead someone.. I think we're too far on the outskirts of the city to -see- any action at all." he added, the snow finally dripping off and sending him plunged towards the floor.
"Pasadamentii!" This spell affected the ground below him and made it mercurial, catching him easily and lifting him to the surface without pain. Espyn, however, had transformed himself into a dagger of ice, that clinked on the ground waiting forsomeone to obtain it.
((I have to go, be back pretty soon and take the dagger with you. >_O ))

(( The dagger, if thrown into the heart of anything, chest, chassy, whatever, will automatically activate a spell that freezes it over from the inside out and the blade becomes a normal steel. Espyn'll be fine, but the dagger will be regular. ))

His eyebrow arched as he looked at the dagger that fell to the ground where Espyn had been standing.
"Huh, don't see that every day."
Gabriel walked over to the dagger, crouching down and scooping up the weapon, placing it in a small sheathe where normally a combat knife would have been placed. Turning towards the east, Gabriel headed towards the tunnel.
"Off we go."

At the disappearance of Espyn and appearance of a dagger, all Julian did was roll his eyes. Something slipped under his breath about 'Heretics...' as he moved to follow Gabriel. "Well, hopefully he will still be useful in that form..." -----------

Flare flew back in, and headed toward's the Manabu Seido Building Underground. She was lost, and sirens were going off in her head...she didn't know what might be happening above ground. Which way had she come into this place?
