Personality and Bio: Once upon a time Carter had been a fiery officer, quick tempered and rash he had always been the first to dart into conflict and the last to retreat. Stubborn, he often found himself in the middle of conflicts, but with courage on his side he always seemed to persevere. However, everything changed when his squad infiltrated a well known Rocket hideout. Carter and Yero rushed ahead of their group and cornered a Rocket Executive, positive they could take the evil-doer out on their own. The result was disastrous and by a stroke of luck Carter's father, the Chief of Police aside Jenny, intervened. Carter almost lost Yero that day and since then he has become a completely different person. Shy and hesitant, Carter attempts to stay out of all types of conflict at all costs. His lack of self-esteem has made him borderline reclusive, and overcautious much to his pokemon's despair.
