If her voice box was somehow ripped away and replaced with a fake one, she would lose her primary power. The vibrations that she makes are currently under two settings- a soothing lull which is caused by her singing that creates soft vibrations; and screaming that causes the vibrations to lash out at the opponent. Since activating her powers requires almost no concentration or skill, her stamina in using them is almost limitless- her worst area is making the power dormant while she speaks normally. It takes great effort on her part to keep the enhanced vibrations down, and will eventually build up and sometimes leak out into her normal speech if she spends too long normally talking without using the enhanced vibrations.
Her secondary power has the same type of concentration as her primary- she does not need to concentrate to be able to enhance her hearing- and ways of controlling it are currently unknown. The normal person's hearing range is 20 Hz to 20000 Hz, but her range is 5 Hz to 19000 Hz. Since her maximum is lower than the average person, she cannot hear herself scream when she uses her powers, but she can hear things that are very soft as if they were normal speech. Theoretically, she could be put to sleep by her own voice if the vibrations are ricocheted back to her.

This is the Guidance

Quick Facts
My full name is Jasmine Veronica Peterson, but most people either call me Jasmine or Jazz. I am currently seventeen years old, and single, but not looking to hook up anytime soon. I was born and raised in Carlow, Ireland with my mother, but we moved to New York, New York in America in 2007. It's taken us a little while to get used to the completely different scenery, but we're doing better now. We currently live with my mom's sister, Aunt Mary-Anne and her husband Garth. They both seem to get a lot of money from the Boarding House they run, but that's none of my business. About when I was thirteen years old, my powers started to form, and I ended up screaming at a bully and putting the poor b*****d into a coma. I feel kind of bad about it now, but I didn't know I'd have powers, so what did I know? But I digress...
Three months after we had moved to America, Mr. Charles recruited me into this Agency, and this is where my story begins.
Well, if you want to know trivial facts, just continue down.
My favorite color is navy, and my favorite number is three. I love to go to musicals and write stories in my free time, which sometimes I forget to flip the page when I switch from story-writing to talking, and usually spoil a lot of good short stories that way. I don't really wear many out of the ordinary clothes outside of my costume, but that's a story for another day. I still love the way it looks, but that freaking thing is made out of the most uncomfortable material in existence.
Urm... I dislike really bright colors, unless it's my pet coal/rabbit Myrna.

Acquaintances
I have met Mr. Charles, but his sanity has been in question lately, since his little mishap with the coal animals and the information given to me by Ace. Really, if work is a stressful environment, why stay there all the time?
I have met Miss Belle, and she seemed like a really nice person. She and Sir Oz run the Agency's New York region, or that's what I gathered.
I have met Sir Oz, and remind me not to challenge him at all. His pace was killing me on the way to the costume place- and that little b*****d turned and grinned, like he had won something! He's nice, though.
I have met Miss Agatha, and she's a very nice lady. She's the one who designed my costume, which I am eternally grateful for. I may not like the material, but the costume is wicked.
I have met Charlie, and I only wish he had an Italian accent. He walked me through a robbery that going on exactly where we had stopped to eat.

I don't want to talk about it.
I have met The Graveler, and he seems okay to me. Of course, I wasn't really paying attention to him after a while. But apparently the man needs to learn to swallow his tongue, since its been getting him into a lot of trouble.
I have met Erol, though only barely. He... Stole my sketchbook, so I got really mad at him. Urr, I didn't really talk to him after that.
I have met Raleigh, but I didn't speak to him. He seemed nice, though.
I have met Keagan and Kaden, though I know Kaden a little more. They confused the Hell out of me at first, but I think if one of them starts to speak, I might be able to tell the difference between the two. Kaden seems to be a little more collected than his brother.
I have met Candy, although barely. I think her name's something else, but that's how I was introduced to her. I think her and I are the only younger girls here...
I have met Ace, and he's a real bubbly spirit! I'm just glad I could keep up with him. And I don't really have to worry about delusions of grandeur, since he makes them up for me!

What I've been up to
-I was found and recruited after moving to America by Mr. Charles.
-Then I was walking home from school, and started chasing after some idiot I call the Monkey-man. Boy, what a weird power.
-Then I got called up by Miss Belle and Sir Oz, met a lot of people, and somewhat help stop a robbery.
-After that, I was called up by The Agency to evaluate some Christmas present... Yeah, that's why Mr. Charles seems like an idiot to me right now, and it's going to take a lot of convincing for me to lift that judgment.
-Only after that did Ace call me and we started to plan on how to get Mr. Charles and Ace's dad out of there office for once.
