Earth Awareness: This ability allows LoQuinn to sense or 'speak' with naturally occurring minerals and geological formations. This in effect gives him Tremor sense (the ability to detect vibrations through the ground) and the ability to discern what type of mineral any given deposit is. He must have some familiarity with the substance in order to be able to gain awareness.
Level 1: Local and common minerals. Detection of earthquakes at about double the distance of most tremor detectors. Focus allows him to find a person via tremor sense if they are moving quickly or are particularly heavy.

Level 2: Local and common minerals, some concretes and aggregates. Detection of minor earthquakes, and other seismic disturbances. Focus allows him to find a person via tremor sense if they are within an expanded area and are moving quickly or particularly heavy (he is better able to detect if he narrows the search area).

Level 3: Local and exotic minerals, most synthetic minerals. Detection of minute seismic disturbances, possibly global awareness (say if a 7.0+ hit India). Tremor sense over a large area. Pinpoint accuracy if narrowed, giving weight and approximate size. 'Masking' (explained below) is felt as an anomaly, or empty space.

Earth Manipulation: LoQuinn is able to call the earth to do his bidding. This is primarily a form of geo-kinesis.
Level 1:Simple telekinesis of all things he has awareness of. This means lifting, levitating, throwing, pulling, rolling or otherwise moving a solid mass. The amount of weight he can move may not exceed 200lbs. Surface area, wind resistance, and other outside forces effect this total (usually reducing it to about 150lbs). In addition he can 'mask' the ground beneath his feet where he would otherwise give off vibrations. Small amounts (no more than a pound) of concrete can be used assuming LoQuinn has spent several hours attuning himself to it. LoQuinn can destroy the mineral structures by applying force (geokinesis) to the structural weak points (earth awareness) thereby releasing energy and causing the formation to shatter. In effect this is how he can create 'exploding' stones, etc. Since he only has 200lbs of power he tends to focus on very small surface areas so he can do the most damage.

Level 2: Weight limit increases to 1000lbs of natural stone/earth, 200lbs of concrete. The ability to build tension and force in natural and artificial minerals. 'Animation' (puppetry in actuality) becomes available though it take time for him to build his golems.

((Okay so I have two forms of possible flight. The first, being the slowest and most crude, is having LoQuinn build himself a stone platform / board / whatever and then levitate himself to where ever he needed to go. Faster than walking but not as good as a jet. The second would come into play during his stage 3. It's a kinetic cannon. He builds pressure under him and then shoots himself in the general direction he needs to go. Upon landing he modifies the ground so he doesn't die and then shoots himself off again. But mind you it's falling with style and he can't adjust his trajectory once airborne. XD))

Level 3: Weight limit is equal between natural and synthetics (haven't come up with a decent figure for this yet). Additional perks will be added later.

I'm SO ripping the basic thread format from the others. I blame lack of imagination and realizing I couldn't do any better. Some modifications have been made.
