This will be done a little less formally than the artist hiring thread as I'm only looking to hire one or two rather than an entire army full.
So if you'd like to help keep up with journals, come up with prompts (And plot twists!!!111!!), and help organize RP events, keep reading!

Criteria In order to be considered for the position, you must... - NOT already be a GMFC staff member! I'm looking for someone to be WHOLLY DEDICATED to the RP manager position. This will be their domain. Current staff will be welcome and encouraged to assist when/where they are able, but this is NOT a requirement for them! - Be willing to keep up with many, many RP journals. You don't have to remember small details like a baby's favorite chew toy, but you will be expected to know generally what's going on with an appointment so that appropriate prompts can be given. - Be familiar with the GMFC and how it works! You don't have to be part of the shop or have lurked for YEARS, but reading the front page and at least skimming through the journals so you know what to expect is a must. - Be willing to do outside research! Not term-paper research, mind you. But at least reading up on basic genetics, pregnancy, and child development topics. YOU WILL NOT BE QUIZZED. I DO NOT EXPECT YOU TO HAVE A DOCTORATE IN THIS STUFF. But you should be willing to look things up, at least! - Be willing to treat each appointment FAIRLY and IMPARTIALLY. I don't expect you to LIKE everyone, their concepts, or their writing styles, but you should be able to put aside your differences and give each appointment the same amount of attention and to NOT attempt to make a child unplayable for parents. Current journals are Setsushi and Rika, and temporarily playing the Mist Sorcerer. How many hours a week would you estimate you spend on Gaia? ... The past few months I've been logged onto Gaia basically every moment that I was awake, but I probably actively browse... During the summer, around 30 hours per week? However, I may only be able to keep up this level of activity for the summer and part of next semester, so I might have to quit after a few months.

I did help manage The Magic Kingdom back when it was open, though. How many hours a week would you estimate you spend on Gaia? Probably about 20 hours during the summers, sometimes more.

Please link to all RP breedables shops you've run, managed, or are CURRENTLY ACTIVE IN on Gaia: I have just recently discovered the purely RP based B/C shops, but have been an avid role-player for seven or eight years. So while I don’t have any formal Gaian references besides my role-play partners, I have managerial experience in the MSN group Fantasy Wolf Packs. I was one of the head mangers for about three years, from roughly the time it began until it was first deleted, and also managed my own pack that boasted around 40 members, most of which had multiple characters.
As a head manger of FWP, I had to maintain pages and message boards, keep track of the entire group’s characters and plotlines, make sure the rules were being followed, and at times, settle disputes.

How many hours a week would you estimate you spend on Gaia? 40 hours a week, give or take a few. Writing is my job, until I get one that pays, but regardless, I’ll still end up spending most of my days and nights on the computer.
