Personality: Fairly outgoing and talkative, not as withdrawn as her brother, likes to meet new people. Loves music and dance, especially when it involves things that jingle and sinewy moves.
Appearance: White skin, white scales, faint opalescent reflections in the highlights and shadows of her tail. Ears are small and lightly pointed, and her nose is very flat, just a small ridge with two slits. Small, black forked tongue. Her hair is a pale blueish white, intermixed with faint streaks of opalescent colors like her tail; it goes to elbow length, with choppy bangs swept to both sides of her face and framing it. Big reptilian eyes, very little white to them, mostly a pale blue with black slit pupils, and blackish-blue rings around her eyes.
Clothing: She likes bright colors, muted colors, any and all sorts of colors and abstract designs/patterns, as well as a fascination with all types of jewelry and things that jingle and are shiny. Her outfit generally consists of a plain, lightly colored tank top under vivid wraps and coverings.
