Fuku: All the details as I describe them might not come together perfectly, but I’d like for the basic idea to be inspired by something like the man on the right.
Collar — Tattered at the ends, varying shades of peach as shown above, no white stripe.
Bow/Sash — Sash; see varying shades of peach.
Bodice — Tunic style top.
Sleeves — No sleeves.
Brooch — Biggest asymmetrical salt crystal on his person!
Bottoms — See reference image, peach to white.
Tiara — Headband with varying shades of peach where the ends trail long and ragged at the back; head is adorned with runes like these, but in white, and an irregularly shaped little salt crystal rests at the center.
Choker — Peach with an asymmetrical salt crystal at the center.
Shoes — These, peach fading into white.
Gloves — If at all possible, I’d love it if he was wearing white gloves that slowly transition into this peach color, then rather than just ‘end’, seem to fade out about halfway up his upper arm like a line of salt ending.
Accessories — Irregularly shaped salt crystals dangling from the ears, chain of salt crystals around the waist maybe?

Secondary Color: (I would love to see something kind of white-to-rainbow or dilute-rainbow because she's supposed to be the senshi of Prisms, but If this doesn't work I would be happy to work with the artist.

Fuku:
Collar — Almost scarf like, starts out on one side as part of the on the shoulder piece, then wraps around and hooks to the off shoulder side of the fuku ((for better idea check the top sketch in her thread))
Bow/Sash — Subtle bow, already a fancy fuku so don't want to overwhelm things.
Bodice — Off the shoulder sari style top under a partial corset, embroidery on one or the other would be neat as hell.
Sleeves — Detatched sleeves either as bell or 'princess' style from the metal bands on the upper arms down, in the same fabric style as the sari-part of the top.
Brooch — DMC eye or possibly an triangular crystal
Bottoms — Ankle length pants similar style to the under-corset top, detailed cuffs would be awesome, light patterning on the pants optional.
Tiara — Gold circlet with the DMC eye
Choker — Cloth ribbon, or a light scarf that hangs to the back.
Shoes — Little decorative slipper styles (The ones in Silv's drawing are a good example)
Gloves — None please
Accessories — Ornate dangly earrings would be awesome, possibly reflected also in pins or buttons to hook the transparent overlay to the corset. Colors and beading encouraged.

Uniform: I have an ugly reference sketch here ^_^
Top — Short lavender jacket with big leg-of-mutton sleeves and round brass buttons down the front and the sleeves, worn open over light grey tank top.
Bottoms — Dark magenta high-waisted cargo shorts extending to just below the knee, held up by dark grey suspenders with brass fittings.
Gloves — None
Belt — Light grey, wide with round brass belt buckle with Pluto's symbol on it, worn low on hips, with dark grey pouch adorned with Pluto's symbol in brass.
Shoes — Black combat boots with dark grey spats and brass buckles; light grey and lavender horizontal-striped stockings.
Shoulders — Epaulets in the same fabric as the jacket, fastened with brass buttons.
Accessories — Brass goggles with dark magenta lenses and dark grey leather strap (worn with her hair loose and down); long looping brass chains hanging from her belt; dark grey leather choker with brass gear-shaped pendant embossed with Pluto's symbol at her throat. The facial piercings remain in her knight form.
Weapon — Little hourglass-shaped egg timer with lavender sand.

Fuku:
Collar — Cream looks similar to a sailor color but the back is bunched up kind alike a scarf.
Bow/Sash — Cream bow
Bodice — cream thigh long dress
Sleeves — no sleeves
Brooch — gold circle with an orange oval gem in the center(changed from ref picture)
Bottoms — there is a red cover that goes over the dress and ties into a small bow at her waist.
Tiara — gold beaded connected to a piece similar to her broach it is also attached to her hair via gold and orange butterfly clips
Choker — gold beads
Shoes — they have heels and is red all around but has a white top that covers her foot and has a tab
Gloves — cream wrist gloves that flare has a gold trim before the flare.

LT - Dive Ball Pokeball: It's just a pokeball it opens and everything!
Cap - Dive Ball Glaive: At first it looks like a normal pokeball but when she pushes the button blades pop out!
Gen - Dive Ball Scythe: The Diveball is part of the decoration of the Scythe which looks as if it's ice water themed.
Magic: When Shattuckite uses her magic the blade appears to be more water like in substance, so when struck with the blade the target feels as if they've just been hit with ice water.

Secondary Color: Uh, soft blue or periwinkle or light lavender, idk what all Cosmos's colors are. Would a little bit of pink be a possibility?
Overall, I'd like a dress similar to the one on the left here, only without the side-boob. So long, flowy, maybe with some flowers, probs some sparkles, and at page stage she'd only have one sleeve.

Top – The top of her dress has one sleeve, open from the shoulder seam to the elbow. See references.
