Mai had a rather normal childhood, living with her parents, helping them out with they work, learning some ninja arts from them, playing with friends from school. Her mother a distance relative of the Aburame clan from the Leaf, and still upheld the tradition of implanting they children with bugs, so Mai has been a nest for bugs sense she was little. Her father would tell Mai stories about her great grandparents, and how they were amazing ninja in they day, and while both of them were amazing ninja, but always dreamed of having a normal life, and they become her heroes and wanted to be just like them when she gets older. Now that she has come of age, following a tradition of her family, she has been sent to the to the Sound village ninja academy, and learn to become a ninja.
After moving to the Sound a strange shyness has come to Mai, after thinking on it, she believes that it is because of her unease in the new location, an the change that had been happening to her body, because of this she has been working on getting over the shyness. Due to this she has had some trouble relating to her other classmate, and hopes to get to know them better, she has resolved to get to know them, now that a month has past and she is a little more comfortable. Also during the past month Mai has been working on turning up to class on time, and hasn't been late more then a few times, also after the failure at the knot tying exam, she still has to resit, Mai has been working on her robe skills.[/align][/quote] Second Part This part relate to the exp and growth within the system. TakuyaRequesting an update to level since it does not accurately reflect the current level/EXP : As well as the addition of these two Perks: Quote: Step Aside -Requirments: 50 Agility -Effect: User gains +20 to dodge rolls. -Type: Passive -Limits: May only be taken once. Combat Quote: First Gate: Gate of Opening -Requirements: Level 10 | Requires 100 Tai -Description: The user learns that the human body has artificial limits set upon it to keep itself safe. It will not exert 100% of it's true potential for doing so causes muscle to tear, bones to crack, and blood vessels to erupt under extreme pressure. The first gate increases that limit, allowing the body to unlock more of it's potential. -Effect: You may activate this perk at any point during battle as a Half Action. +50 Taijutsu attack/defense power and accuracy. Every turn this is active make a resilience check vs 0 (every round after this vs rises by 25). Failure de-activates this and causes you to take Physical Strain (Rank 1). If you are already Physically Strained, move up one rank. If Five turns pass after activating this and you have passed all resilience checks, then the bonus granted by the Gate of Opening is Negated, and you take Physical Strain (Rank 1). If you are already Physically Strained, move up one rank. If you activate another Gate prior to the end this bonus, you do not lose this bonus and you do not gain Physical Strain (from this Perk).
