Kye wore an inviting smile, hoping that it would restrain the Hokage from her use of the name Konaga-dono. Of course the way she said it, it sounded like she was simply trying to be friendly, but in all truth, the fewer people who heard the name Konaga, the better. "As to my skill, I assure you, the display you saw, though fast, is all I am capable of. As a diplomat, one must be capable of surviving on their way to and from their next meeting. It is after all the reason why I carry a weapon at all. I may be fast, but I lack the true ability to count myself as a shinobi."
"It is just as well however. Why bother to tease myself with the life of a ninja when I am incapable as such in wielding ninjutsu? It would seem strangely... counter-intuitive. Wouldn't you agree?" Kye often was amused with herself at times like this when making the logical argument against herself, yet all the time knowing the exact opposite to be true. She however was not above playing up her supposed 'inability' if it helped keep her abilities in the shadows. Her entire life was one big attempt to confuse and mislead and she enjoyed the ironies that came along with it.

Kai FunkazanWeapons Master| Pin Point |Fuuton | Konoha | Kai Had switched to his tonfas, and was training more leisurely now. He was starting to get more of a handle of his weapon. He reapeated his striking routine on the dummy, but he softened it, so that the sound would not distrub everybody else. There was a lot of people in here, but he did not let it disturb him. ((Fail post. I have writers block. I'll improve it when I get my rp skill back. KIm jsut posting to state I didn't leave or anything.))

A completely lethal blow with perfect accuracy. Years of weapons training with her family gave her great skill with her weapons. She turned to Spit. "You're lucky that wasn't you!" she said with a perky giggle.

Weapon Master -
Profession Base Benefit - 1) Increased Number of Weapon Styles: Because of their focus and training in the use of weapons, weapon masters are able to practice more weapon styles than others. (see below)
Academy Student: 1 weapon style
Genin: 2 weapon styles, 1 Weapon or Taijutsu Style
Chuunin: 3 weapon styles, 1 Weapon or Taijutsu Style
Jounin: 4 weapon styles, 2 Weapon or Taijutsu Style
In addition Weapon Masters can learn one stage higher than normal for weapon styles(exceptions apply)
2.)Increased Number of Custom Weapons: Weapon Masters are allowed to have 4 custom weapons as opposed to just 3.
Learning Information - Weapon Masters receive a -1 post learning bonus when learning weapon style/techniques, but receive a +1 post penalty for learning taijutsu styles/techniques and a +2 post penalty for learning nin/genjutsus.
Weakness - Less Elements: [needs a description]
(The weapon master can only have 2 elements, starting with 1 at academy student and acquiring the second at jounin; if the character has a combination release Kekkai genkai they get their two primary elements and their combination element at academy student, but never get another element; demons that give their hosts access to elements can still learn the jutsus for that element, but only up to their current rank, unless they are willing to take it as 1 of their two primary elements)

These are the Shinobi most often to be picked as leaders of shinobi teams, able to come up with strategies and adapt to battlefield conditions quickly and efficiently. Combo User -

"I think you're wrong about that!!" she said with a devilish smile. She then pulled the sword away, leaned forward and kissed him. "I'm terrifying." she said she twirled around and back away slightly, giggling like a school girl.

"Of course what you said does make a lot of sense Elise-do...Elise, but you should know that ninjutsu isn't all there is to being a ninja." Deciding to leave it at that, Itsuki began leading Elise back out of the academy and towards Ichiraku ramen. "Enough about your abilities to be a ninja Elise. Tell me...when you said that your Otokage was a reclusive man, does that mean he doesn't get out much or that he just doesn't reveal himself to most?" Patiently waiting for Elise's answer, Itsuki took this time to enjoy the sights of her village as well. 'Its really been too long and this talk about Otogakure is really intriguing.'

Natsu Dragonil Genin l Salamander l TaijutsuThink ya can handle my heat?       
A small blue bullet soared the the air, stopping atop the roof of the Academy. "Oi! Natsu! I won I won!" He said, dancing in a little circle as he did so. Natsu, the pink haired young adult, stopped at the doors, his chest heaving as he bent over, supporting his body by placing his hands on his knees. After he caught his breath, he pushed open the doors of the Academy, and headed up to the roof of the building, locking it just as Zin had told him. Natsu walked over to Happy, whose wings had gone by now. Natsu sat upon the edge of the building, his legs hanging over has he laid back, looking skyward. "Natsu." Happy said as he walked over, laying next to him. "What did he mean? Make the nations kneel?" Natsu took a deep breath, closing his eyes. "I suppose we'll find out soon Happy, eh?" The blue cat's eyes aimed skyward. "Aye."

Zin Naga Naga 'Demi-Prince' - Jounin - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu As Zin came to the Academy entrance the child didn't break one single stride as he headed for the tallest tree he could find near the Academy. Taking a launching of his feet and issuing chakra down to the soles of his feet Zin sprinted up the tree with relative ease. He had no problem getting up to the top as he looked up to see his student and that... cat....thingy... laying on the ground. Taking a couple steps higher up the tree Zin bent those little legs of his and pushed off the tree, doing an elongated reverse lay-out flip in where he landed softly on the Academy roof. In fact the only sound other than the crunching of the leaves that fell from the trees by his feet landing on them, was the sound of his ankle weights taking a heavy slam onto the ground. With how much weight clung to those legs at this point, a light vibration might be felt from the child's landing giving a false image that the child was quite heavy. Something that... Zin rather loved to deceive his opponents with.
"Natsu, it is time to start." He said softly as the child put one pair of weights in both hands and tossed them at Natsu. He'd probably get a little startled, as would anyone went seeing some form of weight being thrown to you but if he decided to catch it, the weights would be surprising light. In fact, they would feel more like empty glass bottles within one's hands."Those... are your first gift to me as your master. I was given some from my own teacher and I choose to return the gift back to you." The child said as he hissed to Nagi and Hitan to slither from his shoulders. The two mini-sized boa's slipped from the child's shoulders and slithered away from their master as Zin continued," These items will be great for you combative skills as they are... well arguably out dated. But because of that, people in their arrogance forget about utilizing them in combat. Which, brings quite a benefit to us." Zin said as he raised up his arm, which was covered completely in his over-sized sleeves. Pulling the black, and red kimono sleeve back, Zin showed Natsu how they were supposed to clamp on," These are the newest type of weights. Known better as 'Chakra Weights.' By use putting chakra into out weights, we can adjust how heavy or how light they are. For example, mine," Zin reached over and pulled down the fabric of the weight so that Natsu would see in brillant purple Kanji, seeing as if worked off of his chakra, the symbol for one-hundred,"I wear one-hundred pounds on all of my limbs. My teacher had more and once we take our weights off, the abilities of our Taijutsu and speed will become nearly un-matched." Zin utilized the word 'nearly' simply because it still takes skill and hard work to have completely dominating abilities." Put them on and push your chakra into the metal within the weights until they read 15 pounds. It is a lot to start with I know... but wear them everyday. Everyday," Zin further emphasized," And by a month's pass I will increase it when your able to fight as well with the weights on, as you are without them."
