 This is the Ninja Academy of the leaf. All academy students report here to recieve their ninja training and become full fledge shinobis by passing certain conditions. Students learn the basics at the academy from the 100 shinobi rule of conduct to the basic usage of jutsu, learning the three basic and main types of jutsu known as Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu.
*All academy students welcome! To become genin you must pass the following conditions*
Conditions of becoming Genin
1.) The academy student must learn two ninjutsu or genjutsu that relate with their main element
2.) The academy student must learn the three basic ninjutsu
3.) The student must show that they know what being a shinobi truely is

Sev rushed into the surprisingly empty classroom. He thought he was late, but it seemed like nothing was happening here anyway. "Guess I'll just take a seat near the front." He said with a yawn, sitting down and propping his feet up on his desk.
He stretched his arms, placing both hands behind his head as he stared at the ceiling. "This place is so dull..."

Hakuren entered the academy before looking around. She quickly spotted an empty seat in the farthest and darkest corner of the room and quietly took a seat there.

The sound of another student entering the classroom made Sev look around. He had dozed off without realizing it. He noticed his classmate out of the corner of his eye, he waved at her with a small smile before leaning back in his seat. "Sure is boring just waiting isn't it?" Sev said, mostly to himself but somewhat aimed for a response.

Matsuya walked slowely into the classroom, his kage robes moving with his legs. He looked at the two students. "Hey. So I take it your my new students?" He sat down at the teacher's desk, resting his feet on it. "Well, my name's Matsuya Komihachi and I'm the Hokage. My pet peeves are people who can't close their mouth, paperwork, and pencil-tappers." Matuya's face broke out into a large grin. He started to laugh a little. "Wow, that sounded corny. But anyway, share a little about yourself. I like to know my shinobi. Makes things easier on all of us."

Sev turned around quickly to face his instructor, who shockingly was the Hokage. "Hokage-sama!" He said with a quick bow, quickly returning to sitting in his chair normally. Although he didn't know where to begin, Sev began simply. "My name is Sev, Sevvyn Thurn, I'm carefree and enjoy enjoying myself with whatever fits the mood. I'm not really skilled at any style with chakra, so I'm not sure what my proficiency is yet. Um... I think that's it? Unless you want to know something specific..." Sev left his words hanging, waiting for his question to be answered in some way.

Matsuya smirked. "That's fine. Well if that's all, lets get started." Matsuya thought for a moment. "Actaully there is one more question. What's your main element? That's gonna be important when I start to teach you jutsu."

Sev tilted his head slightly. "Oh, um... wind..." He said, wondering what they were going to be doing first. He thought of the powerful wind techniques he had heard about, but sadly he knew he couldn't learn those anytime soon.

Matsuya smiled. "Good. I have some scrolls for wind jutsu. It is one of my elements after all." Matsuya scratched his nose, thinking. "Well, you can start by learning the Lotus Style. Even if you arent a taijutsu specialist, it's nice to know a few tricks for melee combat." Matsuya smiled. "And as it just so happens, I've mastered the style."

Sev perked up a little. "Lotus Style? Really?" He was getting more excited, he had never seen the Lotus Style in action before. "I can't wait until we can start."

Matsuya's smile widened. "Im glad to see you're inthusiastic. Because it won't be easy, my training." Matsuya stood up and stretched a little. "Follow me outside. We're going to need space." Matsuya walked out of the academy and waited in a clear spot in front.

Sev stood and followed without hesitation, he was excited after all. "I would never expect training to be easy, anything worth something is never easy." He said as he walked out the front door. Sev stopped just a few feet from the Hokage, waiting for the next bit.

Matsuya started to undo the straps to the weighted bands on his arms. He held them in his hand. "You're going to want to put these on. The first step of the training is to build your muscle mass and teach you to block basic moves." He removed two of the plates from each of the bands. "They both weigh about 50 pounds now. But this is just the begining." He handed the weighted bands to Sev and waited for his to put them on.

Sev looked at the weights, he paused for a moment before taking them eagerly. He struggled with the wrist weights at first, it was awkward putting them on using only one hand. He knelt to put on the ankle weights, which was surprisingly easy. "This isn't so bad..." As soon as Sev tried to take a step forward he nearly fell over. "I spoke to soon." He said with a laugh.

Matsuya smiled. "You'll get used to them. It will come with time." Matsuya moved his wrist, loosing it. "You're going to have to block my blows. I'll make them light, so it should be easy." Matsuya quickly threw a punch at Sev. "Get ready!" Matsuya sincerely hoped the kid would at least try to block it.
