"Hmmm..."

At the front of the line, the Protector of War made a face as she stared at the visitor's card around her neck, clearly a little unhappy by the label. Why, no one could tell, as it really inconvenienced her very little; she certainly couldn't care less about the color scheme clashing with her clothing, nor was she unused to wearing things around her neck, the gold and ruby jewelry far heavier. Perhaps it was because she felt the Protectors had done their fair share in attempting to protect the students of the school, herself in particular. While the others had scorned the students mistakes, Eris in particular had made excuses for them, had always been particularly gentle with them. Although she'd left the school, (or rather, had been forced to leave when the Lost Clans came to live in Halloweentown,) she felt a little slighted by their branding her as a 'visitor.' "I don't see why I should be required to wear this," she complained in a mild tone, nose wrinkled a little, pretty pink lips pursed in her best 'duck face' pout, "I have a student pin."

Producing the pin gave her no leniency, however, and a few moments later she left in a sulk, wings tucked close to her body in indigence.

The line had been longer than expected but finally the sign in desk was in sight. "And really, it is about time." Miyuki thought to herself. The pale skinned girl held a dark blue parasol over her head as she waited her turn in the line. Long hair was pulled up and secured in a soft up-do that allowed gently waving streamers to flow around her face. White flowers and hair ornaments decorated with silver and crystal snowflakes and bells were secured into her hair and chimed softly as she moved. As the person in front of her finally moved, Miyuki stepped forward gracefully.

Really the young Yuki Onna was surprised that her mother had agreed so easily to her attending this event. It would seem that perhaps her mother really did want her to come to this academy after all. Miyuki glanced down as she waited, smoothing one hand over her short midnight blue kimono patterned with small lavender and white flowers. The obi was tied rather ornately in back, trailing to the floor in a cascade of patterned light blue, lavender and white fabric. Matching thigh high stockings of light blue were tied with midnight colored ribbons and matched with sleek dark blue heeled boots.

As the person in front of her reached the sign in desk, Miyuki reached into her purse and pulled out a silver compact. Opening it, she checked her makeup carefully as she waited. Her lips had a natural blue tint so Miyuki often liked wearing lipstick and currently hers was looking a bit faded. Quickly, she applied a fresh coat of dark pink gloss. Her eyes were edged in a dark blue with a touch of silver eyeliner and she nodded in approval. As the person in front of her moved away from the booth, Miyuki put away her compact and stepped forward. Leaning down, she took the pen from the grumpy looking gnome and signed her name in a flowing script before taking her badge. It wasn't exactly going to match her outfit but she slipped it over her head. The badge settled over the front of her kimono and she quickly moved out of the line before someone stepped on her trailing obi. With a carefully hidden excitement, Miyuki then headed into the festival, eager to see what the whole affair was about.

Having never been to a Festival, Mayaa was BRIMMING with excitement as she arrived at the entrance of the school. She beamed at the gnome, who only stared at her bleakly before handing her a guest pass and poked at a sheet before her.

"O-oh! Do I sign here?"

She quickly wrote her name with a ridiculous amount of swirls and curls, making it nearly illegible before putting the pass around her neck, squealed with delight, and dashed off towards the many booths that awaited her.

A goat-thing approached the booth to sign-in for a guest pass. Was that a demon or a monster? If he was a demon it'd be impolite to ask, he might take offense.
Billy looked down at the gnome regally but with a twinkle in his eye. "Would this happen to be where I sign in?" He asked in his light accent, a by-product of talking through a more goat-shaped mouth and his family's stubborn obsession with what used to be. The gnome nodded and shoved forward his form for the demon. Had to be a demon, monsters didn't get those airs. Billy signed the form with an older stylized writing style and a slight grin, and took his pass before heading off in the direction of the Amityville Festival Booths.

The sight of the school grounds was semi-familiar to the cu sith when she arrived. Glowing green eyes surveyed the booths in the distance before she made her way toward the check-in booth. She stared at the list of names before she took it as a clue to pick up the pen. "Ah pit mah name here?" asked Dev just before she leaned forward to write out her name in neat printing. She flashed the person in charge a toothy grin as she swiped up the pass. "Thank ye."

She stepped aside to allow her friend to sign his name as well. "Is there a place ye want tae go first?"

The sight of the school grounds was also semi-familiar to the PĂșca, even though he failed to remember a single significant thing he really did there. Waddling through the line at the check-in booth like a neon glowstick, Fallow scribbled down his name in much messier loops and curls than Dev's and swiped a pass almost possessively before stalking back to Dev where he promptly draped himself around her shoulders like a glowing boa. "Hmmmmmm." His eyes flicked to the distant line of boothes with an impending sense of curiosity and morbid intrigue.

"Dunno. Anywhere. Everywhere? Yes, that sounds good." His pointed ears curled forward, the neon blue standing out against the dark, splotched fur. He huffed and stepped away from her, glancing down at the cu sith with a bright smile. "Let us start with the most chaotic booth first, hm?"

Maiko returned to the sign in booth. She was tired and thought she would take a break, besides, she figured she would let the cat have her turn. She knew the cat was dieing to play some games or something, and her being away and entertained would give Maiko some peace and quite. She would have taken her along but, Maiko didn't want to be annoyed by the feline. -.- So instead she "accidentally" gave the cat the wrong directs. Maiko laughed remembering the thought. But she was sure the cat was done being lost now so she would find her and tell her the right directions this time. Anything to distract her, Maiko needed a break. So she signed out her name returned the badge and left to go look for Miyako.

Miyako aproached the booth quickly, running towards it. When she got there she bent forward resting her hands on her knees as she tried to catch her breath. She was afraid of being too late. She would of been their earlier but Mai told her the wrong directions. "That meanie." But she didn't mind. She was quickly over it. What mattered to her now was to have fun and explore. Though she hoped she didn't get lost.. it would be so hard for her to ask a stranger for directions. She was very shy. After she finaly caught her breath and made it to the booth after several moments of waiting in line, she looked up at the person manning the booth and spoke softly and nervously. "I-is th-this where I s-sign in?" She asked. She let a person behind her go ahead of her and she quietly watched what they did. Then she took her turn and tried to mimic it. signing her name on the paper and grabbing her badge. Smileing up at the person manning the booth, "Th-thank you! ^.^" She said shyly yet cheerfuly. Then she slowly walked in and stared at all the booths, unsure where to go first.

Kiwi arrived at the booth, smiling indifferently to the grumpy, flat stare on the gnome's face. When he received not so much as a blink, he cleared his throat and reached for a pen, signing his name to the guest sheet. The gnome gave a grumble, and he glanced up, only to find him staring off towards the bushes either side of the entrance. If he had to guess, this was likely Brutus, the angriest of the gnomes. And they were certainly an odd bunch; he recalled that much from the Prom Incident . Kiwi grabbed a guest pass from the pile, and hurried inside, before he had to face the gnome's wrath.

((OHOHO IMMA DERP))

Eisheth arrived to the Fright Night festivities earlier than she expected; she was going to meet Mei near the entrance, but looks like she'd waiting here for a while. Luckily, it wasn't a pure waste of time: she managed to find a little tent where Guess passes were provided to public before a huge queue actually formed. It was a bit humiliating for her, though she completely understood she's nothing more than a guest: after all, students were not allowed to the Lost Clan reserve at all, unless have Medea's mark. So it was at least fair.

Heidla didn't exactly appreciate being a guest. The proud nature of a horseman, as well as the rank of a Death priestess demanded everyone would bow to her, though her common sense suggested that's a rational way the things are organized. She had to get the Guess Pass, and there was nothing wrong with it. Right?... Besides, it was a fancy one. May be next time they can organize some kind of a festivity on a Clan's land, and this time they might think of allowing some Halloweeners in... Yes, this was it was far easier to accept.

Isi-Ngoma shuffled towards the table, grabbing a badge and tucking it deep into his sleeves.

No one said he had to wear it anywhere visible.

The Sage slipped away, lips pursed behind the cloth covering his face.

Liadan Suli quietly slid onto the grounds, looking around silently. She was curious about the school after all! She sighed, wishing she was enrolled, and then picked up her guest pass.

Mjoll paused at the sign in desk staring at the book before scrawling her name in it. Though she was staring at the pass unhappily, it clashed with her outfit.

Natalia gracefully walked up to the sign-in desk before writing down her name and taking a pass with a polite thank you to the grumpy gnome before walking onto the school grounds. She hopped this pass did not throw off her outfit.
