In his last two attacks, Chaonis summoned his magical energy into himself to give himself boosts to attack and speed, so he could be a more effective hand to hand brawler. The energy built up with each attack, and would be expelled in the form of an earthquake, breaking whatever was nearby.

In keeping with that, the Epic Hazards attack would still grant him a boost of strength like the last two, but the effect would be different. It would no longer wait until the attack was ready to cancel itself to expel the dangerous part: right from the start it would cause random damage to the battlefield around the fighters. Uncontrolled by Chaonis, the attack would essentially make anything (but not everything) within a ten to fifteen foot radius more dangerous. Imagine Final Destination, in that random things seem to break or the worst case seems to happen at the worst possible time. If something could go wrong, it would. The familiar earthquake, lamp posts breaking, things falling, buildings dropping things, windows shattering, cars exploding. Chaonis himself, civilians he might be saving, or teammate Senshi are just as susceptible to this part of the attack as any youma or negaverse agent.

The duration of the attack is, at least, something Chaonis can partially control. Because of the random nature of the attack and the use of energy from the get go, the length of time he can use the attack is similar to his first attack, shorter than his second, and can be made shorter depending on how hard he fights. Starting with 45 seconds, the more energy he puts into a punch or kick, the stronger the expulsion of magical energy, the shorter the duration he can hold it. It can also be cut off if he is hurt or brought down: any abrupt stop to his using the energy to fight will result in a complete expenditure of the energy and cause damage to the fight area. The further away from Chaonis, the weaker the impact.

The attack is draining, and it is unlikely he would be able to use it more than once in any given battle.

So, essentially, it works like his senshi attack as far as duration and control go, is random and no longer just an earthquake, but makes his physical attacks stronger to compensate for being Eternal.

If a super senshi uses her medicine to restore an attack, however, it is not quite enough to bolster a 1b attack. The super senshi will get an addition use of their attack, but at more like 80% power.

As the above, however now the medicine has the additional effect of healing the target slightly as well. Asclepius still gains no power benefits from this technique if she takes her own elixir, however she does benefit from the healing. She can use this now three times per battle.

Using an Eternal Moon Tier as a replacement for the borrowed Kaleidoscope Rod, Eternal Sailor Chibimoon calls out her attack. Unlike Sailor Moon's Therapy Kiss which involved rainbows and feathers, Chibimoon's attack involves pink light and hearts. The light explodes from on top as she lightly kisses the crystal embedded in the top. Pointing the wand at her target(s), medium-sized pink hearts come in a whirlwind from the glowing crystal and shoot towards her target.

Like her original attack, Pink Sugar Heart Attack, each of the pink hearts pummels the target and explodes back into pink light upon contact. The exploding does no noticeable physical damage but it does tend to be like staring into a lightbulb from close by, staring into the sun, etc. Little lights appear in front of your eyes and disorent for a few seconds, until natural vision clears it up. Each heart, when it hits, would feel like a punch from a small fist. Not truly painful...except there are quite a lot of them.

Reason for Revision: Tweaking Eternal Attack

Reason for Revision: Changing the description of the attacks because it's excessively hard to describe and visualize; additionally, felt they were too nerfed for an Eternal, what with a 30-second warmup for a ten-second attack.

As she starts to rotate, fire begins to form; when it actually ignites, she finishes her catchphrase with "Blow Up!" and a vortex of fire spins out around her.*
Effects: Fire spreads in a five-meter radius around Sailor Gunn, lighting any fuel it comes into contact with. This 'vortex' will be created no matter the weather.
Range: Five meter radius around Sailor Gunn.
Target: Area of Effect.
Duration: The fire vortex created by the attack vanishes after ten seconds; any secondary fires created will burn until they are put out, and are fully subject to the rules of ignition for the first two attacks.

Character Name: Sailor Pomona
Reason for Revision: Current attack not described well, modifying it to make it a more obvious AoE/Crowd Control attack.

  • Description: Pomona holds her hands cupped in front of her. Bright light streams towards her hand, swirling around, and eventually forms three faintly glowing peppers.
  • Effects: Peppers release a bigger puff of smoke on contact, effecting a larger area. Effects of smoke are more potent, but still depend on what areas are exposed. It can cause stinging watery eyes, "burning" mouth, mild to moderate "burning" skin irritation, and coughing and/or difficulty breathing.
  • Range: Heavier peppers means Pomona can throw for an average of 12 feet. The furthest she'll ever be abe to throw it is 15 feet (rare), but as she tires her range will shorten.
  • Target: Ayone except for Pomona within the gas cloud will be effected.
  • Duration: Gas cloud disperses after about 15 seconds, as does coughing and/or difficulty breathing. Watery/stinging eyes fade after twenty seconds. "Burning" mouth and skin sensations last for up to a minute.

  • Range: Pomona’s average range throwing range is 12 feet, depending on wind and how tired she is. Cloud size is large enough to affect everyone in a 6x6 square foot area.
  • Target: Anyone but Pomona can be affected.
  • Duration: Gas cloud disperses after about 10 second. Effects of the cloud lasts about 30 seconds, but can linger a couple seconds longer in those sensitive to pepper.
