Genin | Katon | Konoha Taiji made his way through the gates; hearing congradulatory words as he passed the chuunin guards at the door, one of them jokingly saying that Taiji could take his post for him when he wants to go drinking. Taiji smiled and offered a simple, "maybe" as he headed into konoha; he walked straight to the training grounds; hoping to see familiar faces. [exit to training ground.]

The guard had to consult with the higher ups, or the ANBU, before letting to two in. Wanders in their village wasn't going to get too much of a friendly invite. Konoha's history would probably be the best explanation to why they weren't going to naively let just anyone in. As Taiji was let in and congratulated, one of the two Chuunin stepped up and looked to the two square in the eyes. Ensuring them that what he had to say was of great importance," You have permission to enter our village. The only thing we ask if you to stay away from suspicious behavior. We have the right, to halt you and rather question you if suspicious behavior is seen through our eyes. Please be aware that you will be under high surveillance. So it would be wise to, as said before, keep away from any behavior that a reasonable or prudent person would not do. This is rather your only warning... But if you stay within our simple rules, we welcome you into the land of the leaf and hope you enjoy your stay." The Chuunin said as he stepped away from the gates to admit the two in. His face rather brightened up a little after his little speech as he wanted to make sure they understood completely what they were getting themselves into. He hoped they wouldn't cause trouble but when he felt the ominous feeling of eyes watchiing, immediately after he backed away to admit the two in, he felt a little comfortable knowing that the feeling of eyes on him were on his side. Further more knowing that those eyes were looking intently at the two that now had rather limited excess to the village but enough that they could enjoy themselves.

Genzai smiled as the gates were opened. He took in a deep breath as he was beginning to pick up on the location that had the most villagers. It would be best to observe and find out what kind of information he could about this village. The little chuunin's threat was quite amusing to Genzai but he did his best to conceal his smile. Already he could begin to feel the eyes of the curious villagers and the watchful ANBU that must have been scattered all over the place. As a former ANBU commander he could pick out some of the locations that they must have been watching him from. "Thank you young man." Genzai began walking as he looked over his shoulder to see his little sister. "Come now sister. Make sure you stay close to me."

Clan Bonuses - Anigan is an eye blood line trait passed down though the blood of Ikari Chiroku, the first to possess Anigan. Anigan allows the possessor to gain abilities and traits of animals in addition to a small increase of the five senses. This general increase in senses can he heightened through training, without using an animal's abilities.
(All senses are heightened and physical abilities are +1 rank)
Chakra Control - This user will learn jutsu 2 posts faster then normal users and the rank of jutsu are lowered by 1 for this person. Jounin rank ninja do not have to use hand signs for some jutsu.
(-2 posts for training, -1 Rank off Jutsu chakra cost, only for jutsu up to one rank higher than your current rank, Kage level jutsus never recieve a decrease in jutsu rank for the purposes of chakra cost)
Combo User - The combo type is for ninja who use there jutsu in a chain to help deliver a devastating overall effect. Stringing multiple jutsu together, these ninja are dangerous, but also drain their chakra fvery quickly... forcing them to finish the fight off fast by overwhelming their opponents.
(Can use 4 jutsu or taijutsu in a post, Chakra use VERY quickly)

Vincent came through the gates of the Hidden Leaf and was glad to be home. He breathed in the air of this place but realized that there was no time to settle down just yet he needed to get back to training as hard as he could.

Murasaki blinked a little as she was now apprehensive to enter the village. She looked over to Gensai and nodded. She sighed, as she walked behind Gensai quietly as if like a small child; though her age said rather otherwise. She always wondered how other villages were like, though she hoped Kohona had more friendlier people than Kiri did; for that sannin made her look like a dim wit infront of everyone; and was very terrifying to boot. Anyways, she just hoped she was able to look around without being harassed by ANBU for the whole trip. Though, she was getting hungry, and as so she heard Kohona had one of the best ramen shops in the whole country, she wondered if they would trade pastries for a thing of ramen? She highly doubted it, as she was reminded of a certain incident that happened awhile back; which made her frustrated for a long time. She didnt seem so angry now, just alittle curious.
You wouldnt, because there were none.

 Cloaked Figure? | ? | ? It was late afternoon and bright sunlight shone down of the dusty road path leading towards the massive gates surrounding Konohagakure. On this sunny day filled with constent breezes, a lone cloaked figure silently approached the village gates.
As the figure approached, the jounin in charge of the gates immediately stood up and eyed the cloaked figure causiously, unsure of the person's motive or reasons for dressing the way they did. Stopping in front of them, the figure simply raised her right hand from under her cloak and handed them seal with the Konoha seal on it.
Eyeing it suspeciously, one of the two jounin took it from her and opened it. Nodding his head in approval, the jounin rolled the scroll back up and handed it back to the cloak figure and bowing, his partner followed suit. "Welcome home Tsubame-sama." They both chorused before the figure nodded and entered through the gates.
Returning to the village the first time in 2 years, the cloak figured debated over which location to visit first. Eventually deciding to get something to eat first, the cloak figure headed in the general direction of the Ichiraku Ramen Bar.

 Oniwa Kye| Satetsu | Speed/Combo | Otogakure | Kage ||| Shinobi Profession: Taijutsu Specialist || RPC Profile || Towards the end of her trip through the forest, Kye slowed down so as not to appear as fast as she was and emerged from the forest, breaking the tree line with one final leap, landing on the road leading to Konoha with grace. Taking her time, Kye approached the gates calmly, her robes flowing in the breeze and her weapon hung non-threateningly on her back, with the spear point pointing toward the ground just off her right side, not more then a few inches from the ground. Now seeing the great Konoha, Kye found herself wondering what it would be like to live in a bustling city like this. She had lived in Kumo for years, but Konha was it's own beast altogether. With more variety of ninja clans and bloodlines then any other village and the most famous history of all, it would surely be an interesting visit. Hopefully, the new Hokage would be receptive to her wishes for her country.
Passing through the gates, Kye found the guard station, where she was quickly received by the guard on duty. "Greetings esteemed of Konoha. My name is Konaga Elise. it is an honor to be here in Konoha." Bowing graciously to the guard, Kye move her hand into her robes and pulled out a parchment, handing it to the guard for his perusal. "I am the Lead Diplomat of the Rice Country and Otogakure and I have come here to ask for an audience with your Hokage in order to discuss terms of an alliance of peace between our lands. I am hopeful that we can enter into mutually beneficial trade agreements and avoid having any conflict come between us. That letter comes from the Otokage himself who has given me full diplomatic ability to negotiate the terms with your Hokage. My stay would only be for a short while, maybe a day or two at most, depending on what is required of me by your village."
Kye's words were both well spoken and clear, showing that she had had considerable practice in diplomacy and she waited patiently for the guard's response. The letter would look as official as anything could be and bore all the appropriate and official markings of a Feudal Lord/Kage from the Rice Country. Kye had drafted it herself before leaving in order to give her something to work with at the gates. No one here would ever know that the Otokage herself however was making the visit for the talks under the false name she had adopted so many years ago. Claiming to be Konaga was both convenient and nearly impossible to refute for most, considering the clan was so thinly spread that most people would never have met one in their life, making it a perfect cover. For those who had met a Konaga, it became a convenient excuse to explain her abnormally high levels of chakra which would normally be reserved only for Sannin/Kage level ninja. Now, Kye had only to wait for their response.

Ryuusei CheriKonohagakure| Gate Keeper | Chuunin Sitting idlely in her small but simple gatekeeper's booth, Cheri stared out towards the blooming cherry blossoms and patiently admired them while waiting for her shift to end. Sensing the presense of an someone with an abnormally high chakra nearing the gates, Cheri immediately snapped back into attention. Nudging her partner awake, Cheri indicated with a nod of her head towards a lone figure walking up to the gates. Sitting up properly in his seat, her partner got ready to signal the inforcements if neccessary.
As the figure got nearer, Cheri stood up, ready to recieve their 'guest'. Plastering on a welcoming smile, Cheri spoke softly and respectfully to the young lady in front of them. "Welcome to Konohagakure miss. How may we help you?"
When she bowed to them, both Cheri and her partner returned the bow before her partner took the parchment from Elise to examine. Still smiling at Elise, Cheri listened attentively to her words while patiently waiting for her partner to carefully look over the parchment. The moment Elise had stopped speaking, Cheri also felt her partner nudge her twice in the hip indicating that the parchment was all clear. Nodding her head once in response to both Elise and her partner, Cheri reached over with her right hand to grab the parchment from him.
Once the parchment left his hands, Cheri's partner faded into the shadows as he went to signal an appropriate escort for their visitor. While her partner left to go inform 'them' of their new visitor, Cheri gave Elise a polite bow before handing back to her her parchment. "Its a pleasure to have you here Konaga-dono. I'm sure Tsubame-sama would be more than happy to discuss this matter with you." Pausing momentarily to eye the corner of the booth, Cheri wondered if her partner had returned yet. Noticing a small flicker in the shadows, Cheri knew that the escort was here.
Still smiling, Cheri continued to speak diplomaticly. "I hope that you will excuse us for our extra caution on this matter Konaga-dono, but for you benefit and for ours as well, we humbly request that you be escorted to our Kage by an ANBU guard." As the word ANBU was uttered from her mouth, an ANBU dressed in full uniform with a bear mask appeared from the shadows as if summoned by her words.
Motioning to the ANBU with her left hand, Cheri graciously indicated for Elise to continue on her way into the village. "May your journey be fruitful Konaga-dono."
"None shall pass."

Oniwa Kye| Satetsu | Speed/Combo | Otogakure | Kage ||| Shinobi Profession: Taijutsu Specialist || RPC Profile || Having said her piece and knowing that such things required protocol Kye just watched and waited, her eyes darting about, catching the flickers in the shadow and even the approaching ANBU guards almost instinctively as she had been well trained to detect. Nodding politely to the gatekeeper's words, Kye's face was still plastered with an emotionless look, unwilling to drop her serious facade, which she had trouble doing with anyone in the first place.
With the explanation of the need for an ANBU guard, Kye simply nodded, "I understand completely, it is of course, standard procedure in most villages." It wasn't true so much for the Otogakure, but Kye understood the dynamics of larger, more well established villages well and was not offended in the slightest. In fact, she had expected it. With the last word from the gatekeeper, Kye responded with a simple, "I hope it will as well." before signaling for the ANBU escort to lead the way to the Hokage, as she walked behind him quietly.

Continuing his flight pattern, the courier hawk flapped its brilliant wings amidst the brush of the thick of forest that surrounded the leaf village. Finally he erupted over it and over the gate as well, the mist crest he bore around his neck which symbolized him being the hawk of the Mizukage himself glinting in the brilliant sunlight as he headed for the Hokage's office.
