- Melokuhle is a bit rough around the edges. Highly competitive and sometime brash in the way she talks, she'll get in your face if you say something she doesn't like and isn't afraid to be critical towards someone's actions. This, obviously, gets her into a few scrapes, but she's a tough one and can usually stand her ground. She's really not a mean person though. She's got a soft spot towards her sister, just about the only person she'll really show her softer side to, and enjoys a good game or joke.
- Melo is also perhaps not the cleanest lioness around. She would much rather roll around in dirt and have mud dripping from her fur than spend what she views as "wasted time" cleaning over and over again. What's the point if she's just going to get dirty again later? As an adult, she'll usually have to be persuaded into bathing. As a cub? Well, the other lionesses are going to have to get good at chasing her down.
- As a side note, knowing it was her mothers health that failed her, Melokuhle will always hold a fear that it could eventually pass on to either her, her sister or any cubs she might have.
- Fairly quiet (hah, that didn't happen) and laid-back. Meera is more of a dreamer who enjoys traveling and visiting new places. She also enjoys finding random places to take naps in, and will make it a life goal to find the best napping spots in each place she visits.
