Taima didn't wear scarves often--they flapped around and got tangled in things and were generally just impractical for flight--but the ones she caught sight of hanging from the Horsemen's booth were cute enough that she stopped and looked anyway. The ones they had out on display were pretty, but Taima wanted to try her hand at making her own.

Scarves! Marosa loved scarves! It was almost like this booth had been made for him, just for him~
The scarves they had for sale were nice, but he wanted to try for his own custom scarf. How nice would that be?
Picking up a green fabric that caught his eye, Marosa attempted to match it with a thread that he thought would look good.
No, despite some opinions, Marosa did not find that pink thread matched green very well. Maybe in a costume party, but not for every day wear.
Inwardly cringing, Marosa tried yet again to match a thread color to the fabric.

Almost. Marosa silently cursed himself; it was a nice shade, but not one he wanted for his own scarf. He would try one more time.
Alas, another shade that would look nice, but one he didn't particularly want. Dejected, he placed the fabric back nicely, looking in longing at it before going to another booth. He would try again tomorrow, when he was in better spirits.
Ying knew her brother better than anyone. Maybe his words were polite and his facial expression pleasant and zen, but his eyes held his disgust with the adorable stuffed animal.
The ghoul frowned, genuinely concerned with why her brother didn't like it. "Does it not ... please you? It's a little ragdoll of a thing, but I thought it endearing. Like a scareling's sloppy drawing.." She quickly grabbed it from his hands and said, "I'll just keep it then. Maybe fix a few stitches here and there ..."
She found herself mumbling when two students came up to their booth. One fled, but the other didn't. "Do you see anything you might like?" she said with a sweet smile. The student walked off just the same.

Shaheen had no idea her thread and fabric still didn't quite match up properly, but was relieved when the young looking horsewoman accepted it. It meant that she would be able to spend more time paying attention to her surroundings and looking out for any surprise attacks, rather then standing there searching through various materials and looking completely lost. As soon as the thread and fabric were out of her hands she turned, her golden eyes scanning in every direction, her wings slightly spread behind her, ready for take off at any given moment.
It only seemed like seconds had passed when she was being called back to attention by the young artisan, and she turned, eyeing the scarf that was presented to her.
"Yes, that will do fine, thank you." She had to admit that it looked quite nice, really, and she reached out to take it from the other woman's grasp, quickly wrapping it around her neck and pulling it up to hide the bottom half of her face, much like she had seen many horsemen from famine do.
Phase one of disguising herself from Shik was complete. Now she needed to go out and see if there were anymore articles of clothing she might be able to find and conceal herself with.
She gave the other woman a small nod and then strode off rather hurriedly, eyes still scanning everywhere at once.
After yesterday and her failed attempt to get scarves Nessa decides to try again. " Here's 5 silver seeds for a chance at the custom." she placed her seeds on the both. she picks up a thread but about the same moment she was about to show the both owner she knew it wasn't right. Instead of picking up the one she wanted she picked up the one next to it some very bright colored pink that she knew didn't work with the colors.

Since her first try failed she digs into her pocket and pulls out another 5 silver seeds and places them on the booth. "one of these days I'm gonna get this right." She picks up a thread and opens her hand to show it but instead of just one thread there's 2. " hmm, looks like they got tied in a knot." she mumbles.

Nessa knew this was her last chance for the day. Just like the day before she was so close yet so far. She studies the threads carefully and gazes around the booth for a few minutes. " I think I'll try this one." as she picks up a thread that she thinks will work very well with the fabric and holds it out. She slowly gazes up at the girl behind the booth. but she could tell by the look on her face that she was still picking the wrong thread. " Hmm this seems so easy but it's so hard." She thanks the girl and says she'll probably be back again tomorrow for she really does like the scarves. and she wonders off.

Nessa knew the drill by now she's been trying for one of these awesome scarves for a few days. she digs in her pocket places her 5 silver seeds on the booth and gos to look through the threads. "No...no...not that one." she mumbles to herself she picks one up and shows it off. but the look on the girls face Nessa knew that it wasn't the right one.

it was a good think the Nessa was able to get a big allowance to come here cuz she was slowly running low. she thought about just giving up but she decided not to she pulls out 5more seeds and hands them over. Nope the thread she picked the 2nd time wasn't the right one either. apparently it was close but not close enough to the color she needed it to be.

placing 5 more silver seeds on the booth and standing there staring at the threads for what seemed like forever she finally picked one up." this has go to be it ." but at that moment her hand slipped and caused some of the threads to go on the floor. " i'm so sorry." leaning down to grab them but in her rush to pick them up she lost the string that she had picked.

The only thing more comfortable than sweaters, were scarves. Freya actually loved scarves - especially pretty ones like the ones she saw in this booth. She immediately started putting her hands on every single scarf they had for show, feeling their texture and staring at the colors.
She wanted them all. Why did the horsemen keep having such delightful little booths for her to spend all of her money in?!
